Where have the other 1 star reviews gone??? there were at least two other 1 star reviews when I created this
1. Having to get changed in the toilet, and not knowing that there’s cameras in the treatment rooms until your last treatment has been finished.
2. The staff were insistent on telling me how terrible my body is (congested shoulders, congested back, congested feet, poor circulation in my feet, fatty deposits in the skin on my forehead). I have very good skin and got told a week before and that my skin is «flawless». I have no pimples, yes a couple of small lumps on my forehead which a GP has checked out and is monitoring. When I told the lady this, I also mentioned that I would just like to receive my facial and I’m not concerned with my skin analysis.
3. Within minutes of the first staff member putting her hands on me she told me how bad my muscles were and wanted to book me in for more treatments. I said I work away and am unsure of my shifts, she asked again if it were week days or week ends that would best suit because she wanted to give me a list of dates I could come back. Again, I politely declined. I also declined purchasing their version of deep heat ($ 60 :|) what a joke.
4. The light for my micro was by no means relaxing. The light was set so close to my face at times it touched my skin. Nothing was there to cover my eyes so I had to try and squish my eyes closed as tight as I could to block out as much light as possible.
5. I got shifted to three different rooms for the treatments I had. The last room I ended up in was so small the bed could barely fit in it. I had about 4 different instances where staff came in and bumped past the bed I was on with my face mask to get some supplies for other treatments
6. The building was so noisy, I could hear the staff gossiping from the other end of the salon. The director (who kept referring to herself as this) wore these wooden high heel shoes which were so noisy it sounded like elephants in the office. Seeing as I was there for so long, I could hear their sales pitch to clients who were coming in and out during my treatment. I could hear ALL staff members pointing out the flaws any clients had and expressed a strong that the clients needed their help. At the end of the treatments it was almost sickening to hear the praise they gave the clients, asking them to look at themselves in the mirror and how beautiful they looked now. And that more treatments would really help them.
7. Once my treatments had finished, I took the opportunity to BOLT to the nearest exit while the director was talking to someone else in reception. There was no reason for me to hang around, I had already provided my vouchers so I left. I will never go back. It was quite possibly, the worst experience I have ever had both in Australia and Internationally.
There are cameras in all treatment rooms which isn’t brought to your attention until youre last treatment. The robes they give you are so small they didn’t cover me properly. You have to walk through reception half naked trying to hold onto your last bit of dignity while they shift you from room to room. Im amazed at how bad this place is. How are they still open?

I am so glad I only bought one of these deals. I purchased a deal from Cudo and will never go back. I cannot believe how insulting their process was, 3 hours of my life got wasted there wishing for the time to be up.
