As friendly as it gets when it comes to providing great customer service! I dropped by before work with an enquiry about key cutting in Australia and while the woman behind the counter couldn’t make a copy of the key I was looking for, she was the first person to show a genuine interest in helping me and offered several options to look into. I’ve visited a handful of key cutting services in the city and the one in Lygon Court — all of which were rather quick to cut me off mid-​sentence and shoo me away after they learned they couldn’t get my business.
