It’s not difficult to drop several hundred in this place. Leonard St is great, locally designed & made, and cool. Look for sale items when you can.
I’ve picked up some fantastic brogues, a maxi dress with an adorable deer print, and a beautiful summer blouse. My mate swooned in on some fab frocks, too. And service is outstanding. We absolutely love it!

This store seems to be the epitome of Fitzroy’s high end. If the sky was the limit on importing items back to the homeland, I would have bought a number of precious, umique items. As it is, I am thinking about having them ship. I love a number of their pieces.
The sales staff were great, giving me suggestions about things that look better on a person than on a hanger. They also suggested what would pair well together. I could have spent a lot of time and money, but the day was just getting started.
i haven’t stopped thinking about that dress, though.

I was walking past this store the other day and stopped dead, in the window was a gorgeous black cotton dress with sailboats on it. It was cute, it had an interesting cut and it looked perfect for summer.
The dress ended up being $ 200, and because I am poor I had to let it go, but I have to say that I thought that $ 200 was a decent price for such an individual and well made dress.
Leonard St stocks some gorgeous fashion: draped skirts, silk tops, sky high wedges in vibrant colours, bags of different shapes and sizes, and cute patterns like seahorses or zebras can all be found here. It is pricey, but I honestly think it is worth it.
The sales assistants are friendly and very professional; they will greet you and are more than happy to give you a hand.
