I purchased an Audi A5 from these guys. As soon as I got it the brake light was on. I think because I was an overstate buyer they didn’t care. The salesman denied it and accused me of lying then agreed to send a cheque of $ 500 when it costs $ 1000 to fix. There was a loud thumping and jarring of the wheels when you start the car which I though was related to the breaks when I purchased it also, it’s still there and getting worse but they’ve made it clear it’s out of warranty. The rollers in the driver door window have collapsed already and the car only did 38,000kms and when I purchased it the salesman ignored my email about the tyre tread which i have in email. Everything I sent in writing he’d just call back and not put anything back in writing. He rushed me an said others were interested so I paid a good rate for the car. I would never buy overstate again. They really take advantage of the situation.

I didn’t test drive during my visit however the sales person took the time to personally show me around the vehicle. This was the third Lexus dealer I had visited so perhaps their sales training is focused around the low-​pressure model however it was a breath of fresh air when compared to local BMW/​Mercedes dealers.
This dealership is owned by Toyota Australia so I was told they tend to have access to more stock than other dealers.
