Brighton Toyota

Came to get the car serviced done on a brand new Toyota Camry RZ bought from Toyota dealership it self. While the service is probably good the customer service at the desk was some what disappointing. I am quite offended by the front reception staff member Katie and will not be coming back to this place or recommend it to anyone again.

I brought my new (second hand) RAV4 from Brighton Toyota a couple of years ago. While second hand car dealers have a bit of a reputation (con artists and thieves have more respect), my experience with Brighton Toyota was with out incident.
The car was as they described; the price was reasonable; the trade in value in line with my expectations; the staff were very professional and friendly; everything happened when they said it would; they followed up afterwards. Basically everything went as painlessly as possible.
As part of the deal there was a ‘free’ three year warranty. The catch was they had to do the servicing. While the dealer service is a little more expensive than some other places, I have found the same highly professional care as before. The car is always ready when they say it will be; immaculately clean; and no surprise bill shocks. I will probably continue to have them service the car after the warranty expires.
