Very hard to find tender beef at a noodle bar, and this was no exception. Prices, freshness and flavor good.

The puntastically named Wok On Inn is a brightly coloured, inviting, build-​your-​own noodle bar. I love build-​your-​own restaurants as sometimes I want fat noodles on a skinny noodle dish. Ya feel me? Why is it that it’s really only Asian and Mexican places that allow you to order in this way?
Choose your noodle, choose a base, choose your flavour and extras and choose the degree of spice you can handle and your lovely wok-​meister will toss it all together in a super-​hot wok at the counter where you can watch the action, and your delicious noodle dish is in front of you in five minutes. If only everything in life were this easy.
