Nothing really to get excited about here. The coffee was nice and not too hot. It is always good to get a chockie when you are paying through the nose. Very comfortable seating where you could spread out and watch the passing parade of tourists. Staff were nice and service was fast. But, I think the service was fast because the Churros had been made some time before we got there. Dark chocolate sauce and caramel sauce were that by name but not really taste.

The staff were very pleasant and efficient. We ordered some flat whites and they were well crafted and not too expensive for the Darling Harbour tourist precinct. We didn’t try any of the chocolates or ice cream but they all looked nice.

HOTANDCOLD There is something beautiful about the contrast between hot and cold in this drink. Your brain gets confused while trying to react to the warmth of the hot choc and coldness of the vanilla ice cream. It’s quite fun and tastes pretty good too. Warning: very rich chocolate drink! CHURROSFORONE They also sell cakes, confectionery chocolate and ice cream. At San Churro, I think it’s best to stick to the core offering as it is the best thing they offer. Warm and crispy with that slight chewiness when dipped in their chocolate sauce Hmm Yummy. It might get a little too sweet but one churro per person is more than enough to satisfy any sweet tooth. Conclusion Fresh churros with quality molten chocolate always hits the spot. Much better than comparable Max Brenner and Oliver Brown. @thesydneynoob

I must say… I absolutely love how there’s so much«chocolate cafes» in Sydney. They’re literally everywhere and I wish the US had more of them. With that said, chocolate lovers would be in heaven and a great place to get a mid-afternoon snack or dessert. The churros(or as Aussies call them«Spanish donuts»), are great with the chocolate dip. They also serve smoothies and coffee if you don’t want to over-load on chocolate.

The churros were fresh and flavorful, the hot chocolate wasn’t hot. but it was very chocolate-y. Staffers did forget me, and after waiting for quite some time for someone t bring out my order. I had to go ask what happened. Unfortunate, but at least they were very apologetic about it.

Not a very pleasant experience with bland treating chocolate and bad service. I do not know what the fuss is about. Would not recommend it to anybody.

Chocolatier San Churro is a great new addition to the Harbourside Shopping Centre right next to the bustle and hustle of Sydney’s family area in the city. This definitely a well deserved 4 stars for a «restaurant» that delivers very high quality deserts and delicatessens at very reasonable prices considering its in the city. A very extensive menu is available however there are some other items that are not included but are part of their café collection when you grab a coffee.
