Here right now and thoroughly impressed. Coffee crème is superb despite being soy and the porridge is delicious. The combination of coconut, bananas and blueberries is fantastic. A healthy way to start the morning. Well done ! I’m really impressed with the fact they can pull off such a great soy coffee even though I always order extra hot which makes coffee difficult to make fantastic.

Excellent Machiatto’s, with usually good prompt service, except when too busy, too often. Food is a little tame and expensive, but you are in Cottesloe.

I’ve stopped into Cimbalinos got takeaway coffee a few times over the last few years and it’s always been to the high quality you’d expect of the brand. Last week I finally dined in and tried some of the lunch items. They certainly didn’t disappoint. Our group had a beautifully presented & fresh fruit salad and the bruschetta and open sandwich received raving reviews. This is definitely my new lunch stop in Cottesloe.

No personality from the staff. Splash of rudeness. To simple pleasantries of how are you, thank you or smiles.

Nice place– well thought of layout and looks like they’re expanding. Staff were efficient but they could smile a bit — food was clean flavours and coffee was ok although their cold brew could be stronger.

First outing to Napolean Street ever. Lots going on down here. Chose Cimalino as it was laid back looking and had a brunch menu from 7.30am-2.30pm. This place is busy! Lots of tables both inside and out! Very Melbourne-like inside! You order at the counter which was a bit hard to work out first off. Lots of good brunch choices and I was a little surprised about the reasonable prices being in the Claremont/Cott area. Service wasn’t outstanding but it was quick and the food was hot and delicious! We both ordered the huevos rancheros which was served with chilli salt and three slices of sour dough bread! Yum! Only one egg was included in the dish which is a little unusual but there was a decent amount of chorizo. Definitely worth a look in for a quick bite if you are in the area.

I have a couple of problems with cimbalinos recently. With the insurgence of new and exciting coffee places in Perth, cimbalinos would really benefit from stepping up It’s game. The size of the coffees are barely big enough to satisfy a young child, let alone an adult. At $ 4.50 that’s robbery.

The best thing about being on holidays in Perth is having the time to get Cimba coffee every morning. Hands down the best coffee in the vicinity. Add to that their scramble eggs with cape seed bread and you’ve guaranteed yourself an awesome day!

I asked for my coffee in a keep cup(to save on all the cardboard & plastic going into landfill) and the barista refused, this is the first time I’ve ever had this happen. I asked why and he just said that was their policy and shrugged. Coffee is ok here but doesn’t make up for the bad attitude & service

Eggs Bennie was fantastic, however I had to share it with the countless barflies in the bottom section. Cimbalino please do something about your bar fly problem. I have visited 3 times in the past few weeks and the problem is not going away.

I think the best thing about this café is the layout. It’s open and airy which is a rare find in Perth. I often find myself feeling very cramped so I enjoyed the space. The service is always with a smile and the times I have been, very quick, although I haven’t had food here.

I have 2 Cimbalinos near where I live. I emailed the company awhile ago asking if their cafes all used free range eggs and chicken. I’ve had no reply. I asked at one of the shops and the girl seemed uncertain.

By far the best coffee. Definitely give their chai lattes a try

I went here for my birthday brunch recently. Although my table was initially messy(full of previous customers’ food) it was soon cleared up. The flat soy coffee was worth the wait — they always take care when they make the coffees and mine had a lovely heart on it. I had poached eggs with bacon on it — the eggs were just how they should be — cooked but a but runny. And I had a juice — the orange and ginger — perfect to try and help me get over my cold! Wonderful place to spend some quality time with friends and relax over delicious food.

My most recent visit to Cimba’s was just the other day after a particularly stressful exam. It was about lunchtime so the café was packed, although we shouldn’t have been surprised because I have literally never not seen this place full of people. Not that it’s a bad thing though — I definitely think Cimbalino’s is the place that can pull of being busy all the time. The food’s always good, service is always super friendly and quick. The eggs benedict here are some of the best around, and I do consider myself a bit of an expert when it comes to eggs benny. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I do hear the coffee’s pretty good, and if the hot chocolate’s anything to go by then it must be. The prices are a little bit up there(not excessively so), but it is right in the middle of Cottesloe and if you weren’t expecting that then I can only assume you’ve never dined in the Western Suburbs. The only other thing is that they don’t take any cards, which can be annoying. The plus side is that the staff are really friendly so whenever I forget(frequently) they let me order my food(and eat it too, depending on how quickly it comes) before I go and get money out from across the road.

The coffee from this place is actually really good. The smell of it drew me in for a start. It is actually a really nice new place in Cottesloe. I love Cottesloe, but I feel it was kind of missing somewhere like this, and now there is no excuse for me to not go!

A welcome addition to Cott this modern coffee shop is already popular and can get very busy at the weekends. The smell of coffee that wafts out and across your nose is overwhelmingly tempting. There are many eateries in this area but this is the only one that is more focussed on the local residents as opposed to visitors. It is away from the beach and surrounded by houses and is great for a break if you are doing your shopping in IGA. The coffee is very goid and smooth and not too milky which can often be the case. It has a handsome breakfast menu too.

My friend and I ventured into Cimbalino to quench our thirst and I got very excited about the prospect of having a freshly made watermelon, mango and mint juice. Deciding to sit inside far away from the the scorching sun and heat we chose a corner booth which was very comfortable and had a good out look on the rest of the café. I really like the interior with simple chairs and tables letting the focus be on the awesome graffiti art and writing on the walls. Service was swift and friendly the juices were refreshing and delicious, although I didn’t eat anything there selection of macarons and other sweet treats did look quite appetising and they also serve traditional big breakfasts along with a varied lunch menu. Great place to catch up with friends with busy seating outside near the road or a more intimate and cosy setting inside or out side in the arcade area.

Unlike a bunch of my friends I’m not a big coffee drinker but I am certainly a breakfast devourerer. I really love the breakfasts here in particular the eggs benedict. The fruit juices are a personal favourite of mine and my mates assure me the coffee is epic. The atmosphere is super chilled out and laid back, the servers are cool and you get your orders super quickly. Loving it.

I don’t usually venture too far for Breakfast on a Saturday morning but my sister insisted the 40 Minute drive would be worth it. When I got there and saw the line to order I was already having second thoughts. Then there were no pancakes on the menu which is what I had my heart set on for Breakfast that morning. To top it off I couldn’t order what I wanted to without the Bacon, because for some reason they couldn’t cook the dish without putting bacon on it? But after all this I have to admit Cimbalino definitely redeemed itself. The Coffee was yummy, I even got two. My breakfast came out so quickly, and it was so fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly, the prices are average except the sweets are on the expensive side. You must try the sweets though, I bought a cotton candy macaroon after breakfast, couldn’t resist, so glad I did too because it was so tasty, I could’ve eaten 20 of them!
