Grill’d Chermside

Love these burgers and there are so many to choose from. Don’t forget the chips… Love then too!
What I like about this place and other grill’d places is the consistency. With all the times I’ve been I’ve never had a bad burger.
Service is good considering the young staff. Nice modern industry look and clean.

First impression busy, got a drink with a chilled glass that was filled with bits of food took it back and 5 mins later come back with the same glass rinsed and warm was not impressed.
Food was delicious even though they made a mistake with the burger as well.

Takes aaaaaaages to get a burger. Burger was nice. Sauce was a bit low, but the meat was juicy and flavoursome. Staff was polite and happy to accommodate.

Everybody working is happy and this creates a wonderful environment to be in. The food is absolutely faultless (never have I once out of the many many times I have been here has the food been less than). This store is my favourite to visit and I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Came here Sunday for lunch and the servers were very friendly. The drinks and menu was on the other side of the ordering counter which was odd. We chose to sit outside and there was a lot of seating; only thing is they didn’t have the knives available outside and I had to ask for extra napkins. Burger was expectedly delicious; I recommend the Baa Baa burger as the lamb and avocado go great together. As usual Grill’d is the best place to eat for taste and price.

A-​ma-​zing. If you want a decent burger with nice fries, stop searching now. You’ll find it at grilld. We’ve been there a couple of times, food has always been great and the time the fries were a bit sloppy the staff exchanged for fresh ones straight away.

Let’s be honest here… I’m a bit of a burger fan and I’m a fan of grill’d. Knowing that I can walk into any Grill’d and order a delicious, tasty burger make this a great option for lunch or dinner (especially with fussy eaters). Hubby and I stopped in to grill’d for a late lunch (Moroccan Lamb for me, Simply Grilled for him) and were impressed with the friendly, helpful staff (I was having issued choosing from the range, and I’ve tried almost all of the burgers) and the speed we got our order. From order to burgers on the table would have been no more than 10 mins. The food as always was hot, fresh and so delicious with just the right amount of salad, meat, condiments and bun. They’ve also added sweet potato chips to the menu and they were so tasty. This is the 3^rd time I’ve eaten at this Grill’d and I’m always impressed with their staff and food. They’re consistent which makes them a perfect choice for a bite to eat.

I’ve been a big fan of Grilld all the way from Melbourne and I have to say it was damn good what we had here. As usual I had the front back sand which which is huge and since that day I was hungrier than usual we had the chips too.
The staff at this outlet is particularly very efficient with their job, considering the rush and the crowded nature of Boxing Day shopping it was packed to the last capacity and yet still it did not take as much time for the staff to get our food and there was no compromises on the quality or preparation of our food either.
We had all this while listening to songs such as «bubble yum bum» and others like it.
My one complaint is it is a bit $$$ pricey for burger but that haven’t deterred me to stop going here either.

Grill’d is pretty good — better than other burger joints around the place. My burger was perfect and made the way I like it. My dining companion said the same about his burger. Chips are awesome but needed extra herb mayo.
Would be good if they offered more salad choices.

What’s there to say about another Grill’d?
In terms of locations, this is probably one of the weaker of the franchises, and doesn’t really come close to the Valley or Newmarket sites.
Orders are frequently confused, and it’s often more effort than its worth to correct it.
Granted, it beats the entire food court inside for choices, but with Ashgrove, Albion and even the valley less than 10mins down the road, you need to consider your options.

The place is staffed by horrible hipster children with tattoos and facial piercings. The days with live music are to be avoided.

Having eaten at most of their inner-​city establishments,
I consider myself to be a bit of a Grill’d connoisseur.
For instance I find the Westend Grill’d to have the most
consistently delicious and nicely presented burgers.
…Maybe it’s just me but I can’t see why the
sloppy burgers at chermside are deemed passable.
The 4 or 5 times I’ve come here
I’ve experienced burnt buns, lost orders, no gluten free options,
wrong orders, haphazardly piled on burgers and dubiously wilted greens.
The service is OK and the atmosphere pleasant enough,
but come sundown the hideous squawking of the galas
and wildlife deem any conversation outside impossible.
Packed on weekends and thursday latenight,
this place serves up an OK rendition of a Grill’d meal
but next time I might go elsewhere for my burger fix.

Grill’d Chermside is one of the better Grill’d locations, in my opinion.
There is ample seating both inside and outside and it’s spaced out well, so even when it’s busy, it’s not crowded.
The burgers are delicious, and consistent with all the Grill’d restaurants. Very lean and healthy and they have seasonal specials that are available for a limited time only. Last year the winter Smashed Pumpkin burger (lean beef, feta, rocket, tomato, onion and smashed spicy pumpkin for $ 12.50) was my favourite.
What makes this Grill’d so special is every Saturday they have a live musician playing tunes during lunch. His name is Jake and he plays a nice range of covers between 12−3pm on Saturdays. Great music, great food, great atmosphere.
