A staple of the suburban foodcourt is the carvery. Where you can get roast meat sangas, meals and the like.
This is Chermside’s no frills carvery, and what can I say? I keep coming back.
My favourite is the $ 10 lunch deal. Roast sandwich, chips and a can of drink. Make sure you get the pork and ask for the crackly!

If you’re anything like me and you enjoy a good gravy, then Sandwich Bar in ther Chermside Food Court is a good place to stop in for lunch.
For $ 9.95 you can get a roast meat sandwich with chips and gravy and a can of drink.
The staff here are friendly and chatty, they never skimp on the meat for your sandwich and give a good amount of gravy on the chips, too.
Gosh, I love roast pork.
