I had high expectations or this place. It was the result when I looked up the best coffee at chaddy. I’m not sure if it was a bit off for the particular coffee or anything, bur I didn’t enjoy it. It was much too bitter for my liking. If this is the best coffee at chaddy then I feel sorry for the shopping centre.

Jasper coffee is a café located in Chadstone Shopping Center, The front of this open store has bucket-​fulls of different coffee beans from all over the world available for purchase on a weight basis.
Aside from being a lovely little café, this place also sells a few items such as tea sets, keep cups, novelty mugs, coffee plungers/​strainers and other hot beverage accessories.
The first time I came here I ordered a hot chocolate with a lemon & sugar crêpe. The crêpe was great, sweet and tasty– the hot chocolate was not.
They go on about using some special fair-​trade organic chocolate or something, but I just wanted a normal hot chocolate.
This drink was pretty bad, to the point I just left it half full. It was bitter and just tasted like someone added milk to grounded cocoa. My sister got the ice chocolate (which looked amazing), but was just as bad.
I would come back for the coffee (which was fine) and the crepes, but never the hot choc.
