Called in here today to get something for weekend BBQ. Have shopped here before and had to come back again after the last time, awesome T bones and snaggers great quality and old style friendly service. If your in the area you wont be disappointed !

On the weekend I was craving to have roast lamb for lunch, didn’t really feel like doing much cooking, wanted something easy ready to put in the oven.
The butcher at WA Exclusive Meats was very helpful. He recommended the marinated organic lamb. It was a simple marinade with rosemary, garlic and black pepper. He explained exactly how to prepare which was great. Seal it and in the oven for 45 min at 180ºC. Oh boy… the best lamb roast ever! it was so good! So tender!
I will be coming back next weekend!
