Nothing special here. Small portions. Move along. Designed for Western pallets. Nice setting. Average service, typical Asian. Licensed.

It’s been almost 2 years and I’m happy to say our most regent experience with Cha Cha is pretty much like it was last time. That’s good news and it can be awfully hard for restaurants to stay in business let alone keep up the quality. Relatively simple menu. Dishes are better than the dumplings as they all had the same filling which was a bit of a bummer. Still expensive.

Good food, clean venue. I have been here a few time the food tastes great. The Service is friendly and attentive. Dumplings are fresh and interesting. One thing I have left each time and the next morning had an upset stomach it’s only ever been me every one else I have been with has been fine so there is something they use that doesn’t agree with me.

New dumpling bar in Cammeray, well presented, nice fit-out and bustling busy and efficient. The kitchen where all the dumplings are made by generally motherly types is clearly visible, and those folks earn their money. Nearly all the dumplings look to be practically made to order as the chefs watch the orders closely and seem to be non-stop all night. Good selection, perhaps a little limited but then I would rather have a few good things than a lot of mediocre. Seem to be flat out whenever I walk past, and we certainly enjoyed it — the food was fresh, served fast and service was efficent and friendly. Sure to be a winner in this area.
