What a great place! We went for Sunday brunch, it had a relaxed funky vibe and the staff we’re great. The coffee was superb, maybe the best I’ve had in Perth! I ordered the health kick brekkie with salmon. Exceptionally large portion, so you get plenty for your $$ and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection! Everyone else’s good looked equally good and all 4 of us left very happy and will certainly be returning!

I went here for breakfast this morning for my first time to Jacs. I ordered the health kick which had eggs, ricotta, Avo etc and the food itself was yummy. But I unfortunately had both an egg shell and a hair in my food. Probably will stop me coming back! :(

Had brunch with some girlfriends today, loved it! I love my Salsa and iced coffee. Great customer service, fully licensed, and they let us split bill! So much win.

Fabulous food, staff were really lovely, not too noisy, we felt though at 10.00pm, they were getting a little anxious, wanting to close, felt just a little uncomfortable, expensive but great food.

This place is amazing! Great food, great service, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Went there with the missus for lunch and honestly, every dish we had(pulled pork, pasta, chips, assortment of desserts) was delicious. It wasn’t hard to find parking in the area too which was nice. Would definitely go back!

A good simple clean breakfast and great coffee. However, the breakfast menu could be more imaginative. My foodie friends researched breakfast venues for a couple of hours and Jacs came up on top of the breakfast venue bucket list before my invitation arrived via text the evening prior. A 10:30am breakfast on a Sunday morning was the shot … I am not a native Perthian so I was excited to check out Applecross and was quite impressed with the suburb on approach to Jacs… At Jacs I ordered a wild mushroom breakfast with eggs… It was simple, clean and well cooked but nothing extraordinary. What I will most remember and most likely return for; was the locality, the atmosphere, the service and most importantly the great company(if you are reading this Fran and Dave) … So if you find yourself in the area and want a simple no fuss breakfast checking out Jacs won’t hurt you. I am keen to check out their lunch and dinner menus which would have to be more imaginative than the breakfast menu based on prior reviews here.

Looking all too comfortable in the charming, Jacaranda-lined streets of Applecross, JACS offers laid-back dining with seriously tasty food. A wall of Gold Plate and other foodie awards hits you as you walk in, and when you tuck into your meal, you can see why. My mum brought me here for lunch recently to celebrate my completing a thesis, and it was the perfect place for the sentiment. We shared tapas(Duck and Cabbage Spring Rolls, Corn and Manchego Fritters and Aubergine Stuffed Goat’s Cheese), with some chargrilled bread and a glass of sparkling wine, and boy did it go down a treat. The menu is wide-ranging with pastas, salads and mains to choose from too, and I’m told the breakfast here is also delish. It’s just nice eating out in Applecross, enjoying a great meal in a relaxed setting. Bliss!
