Bad Boy Burger Bar

We ordered 4 burgers all of which were beef, 2 of those were not completely cooked and mine was raw. I returned it and received a fresh burger. The new burger still wasn’t completely cooked so I just took the patty out and ate most of the burger that was left. We also purchased 2 hotdogs and they also looked very average. All of the orders came as a meal deal and everyone’s chips that we got with those were all cold. We will not be returning it was very disappointing.

Went to the Grange Road store, Great great burgers asked for the patty cooked well burgers have an amazing tasted a real home style flavour. Place had a large variety of beers to choose from for a Friday late noon it was full house. This is one place can see myself returning soon

Front of house girl was very nice and cheerful. There was a decent variety of food on the menu. Decent prices. Glad there was some gluten free options.

First thing I noticed was the young girl on the counter looked completely frazzled and she told us when we first arrived that there would be a 45 minute wait, and we decided that we would still stick around to get our food as we really really wanted to try it!
While waiting for our order we continuously seen peoples orders coming out incorrect, it seemed like absolute chaos in the kitchen. One of the orders that was incorrect was a young lad who ordered a Hawaiian burger, no mayo, no cheese and I think no tomato — it had all 3 still on it! so after them waiting 1.5 hours for their meals he still had to wait another 10 minutes to get the correct burger!
When we finally got our food me and my partner checked the bag just to make sure we had all 3 items, and we did luckily!!! however when we got home my burger had no cheese, that was so disappointing especially as I ordered it as an extra!
The burger itself was fine, nothing fancy but it had good flavours. As for going back, well I’m not too sure — the placed stressed me out just being in it!
They have something good going for them but the amount of stuff ups in the 50 minutes I was there was just embarrassing for them and if they continue down that path they wont last for very long…
