Great place to waste your money! Stay away. Nothing but BS here. My 6 year old knows more about customer service than these guys and he’s a hell of a lot more honest too. Just because you have some tiny screwdrivers doesn’t make you a phone tech. Tech Monkeys they are not, you’d be better off giving your phone to a plain old monkey. If these guys want to stay in business they have a lot to learn.

Worst place ever very unethical. They wasted two full buisness days. They kept giving me lies that they were working on my phone to find out what was wrong with my phone. They would give the excuse that tech guy not there will be there tommorrow. Then it was he is working on it will be done today. At time for pickup the excuse was the tech is not here will be back in 30min. Not even 10min later I guy comes up and says the tech guy was not here today… they can’t even get their story straight. Please go to this place if you want lies and no solutions.

I came to Yuma to visit my tia and my son’s battery on his Samsung s5 went bad and I found tech monkey’s iPhone repair. They changed out the battery at a great price. They did the job efficiently, and with impeccable service. I was very happy and would recommend him for sure to any of my friends. Thanks so much for your help.
