I went in to the store to get information on a new phone. Maybe that was my mistake… I mentioned I wanted information. One of the young ladies standing around greeted me but was rude. Really had no interest in helping me. No problem. I can go to Best Buy to buy a phone & work with AT&T when I get back to Missouri where they are friendly & willing to help.

This just happened recently sometime in the last week of August. There were 5AT&T staff present and there was only one other customer aside from me. Waited 30mins and didn’t receive any service. All i needed was a temporary phone as my IPhone 5s got dunked in the lake and wouldn’t turn on anymore. Ended up in nearby Best Buy who gave me an excellent service and went home happy with a new IPhone 6 from another carrier less 45.$ from a best Buy coupon. Kudus AT&T castle done in Yuma, Az!

I have been going to this location for the past few years and have always thought they had good customer service. Last year when i got my iphone the store manager and staff where awesome at helping me pick out the phone and the plan that worked best for me. After that i started noticing the staff was different. It wasnt the same manager and for the most part not the same representatives. Earlier this year my phone broke and i went to the store to see what options i had since i didnt have insurance. They basically told me i was out of luck and best thing to do was have a thirdparty fix it. I called corporate to see if they had any solution, they said the same but that if i had another old phone lying around i could use that until i got my iphone fixed all i had to do was change the sim and activate it. I ended up going to another location for this. Anyways when i decided to get myself a new phone i went to various locations to ask abiut the galaxy s6. I went to the store because i wanted to see what options i had since i do prepaid. The representative that helped me seemed like she coukd care less. When i would ask a question she looked at me as if though i was an idiot. I ended up going to BESTBUY and getting my phone there since the representative for samsung was way more helpful and answered all my questions. I get it, they work long hours. I work retail too but they should never forget that the customers are rhe one’s who keep them in business. I just think they can be a little more friendlier and helpful. Something that the staff that was there year was.

Excellent customer service! We walked in on a Sunday, four days before Christmas, and two representatives helped us right away. Problem with the SIM card that was sent with my wife’s new Moto X smartphone was fixed, and her two other questions were answered. We happened to be in Yuma on the way to Tucson for the holidays. By far, this is better than the service we get at our local AT&T Store at home in Highland, CA. Representatives are always busy, and there’s some guy in a suit who stands around and does nothing. If he’s the manager, he should step in when things get busy. Thanks, Denise!
