This company is the worst… We pay in advance for the rental of the cooler and water for our office, the delivery guy has not made a delivery in 2 months. I called to advise Sparkletts that we no longer need their services and to pick up their cooler. The lady on the phone was pleasant until I told her we were cancelling service. We have been with Sparkletts for over 2 years, she informed me that they are going to charge me a pick up fee to pick up the cooler and also another months rent on the cooler. This company is the worst… Go to Desert Water it is a local company, prices are better, better customer service and the water taste better!!!
