Radisson Hotel – Yuma

Hotel only has 1 luggage cart. If you have many bags or need assistance, be prepared to do it yourself. No bellman to help, either. Sure, they may have one on staff, but that doesn’t mean they’re helpful.

The room was very nice. Great size! Smells very good inside the hotel and room. Breakfast was served until 10:00am but I was not a fan. They were out of almost everything and I couldn’t get anyone to refill anything. That was annoying. Other than that the staff was very friendly at the front desk when we checked in.

Love this hotel! It smells nice, the bed is amazing, and the staff was so friendly! Also they serve breakfast until 10, which I was pleasantly surprised to hear. Unfortunately, my son found the bed so darn comfortable that he slept past that time! :) the room is so incredibly spacious. We got the room with a king size bed. The bathroom is big as well. In our room we have a walk in shower that is gorgeous. It wasn’t noisy here either. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stay at this hotel every time we go to San Diego, and for good reason. The rooms were very clean (especially considering it is a Pet Friendly Hotel), the complimentary buffet is very good, with great variety. The staff is unbelievably friendly and always going above and beyond. I would especially like to single out Tara, who was working the check-​in desk. She said it was her first shift at night, alone, and she couldn’t have been better. There was a mix up with our room, yet she handled it with poise, and professionalism. I will continue to stay at this hotel, and will be recommending it to everyone I know.

Good clean large rooms. What got me coming back was the complimentary breakfast buffet.

Wonderful experience! Comfy beds and very, very, clean, lovely decorated rooms. Stayed here on our way back home from San Diego! Excellent customer service, great cocktails. Had dinner at the Market Grill and it was outstanding. My husband had the rib eye and he said it was to die for, cooked perfectly. I had the salmon and it was delicious. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

After a horrible experience at another local hotel we switched over to the Raddison and couldn’t have been happier. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Pools were pristine. Breakfast was great! We will stay here again on our next stop over.

This hotel is probably the nicest that you will get in this area. the staff is extremely nice and helpful and the hotel is clean and does not stink or look dirty. this is the only place I’ll stay while I’m in yuma.

This is our second stay here and we have stayed at many beautiful high end hotels, but the housekeeping here is the best. For all the women who like to sprawl their stuff all over the counter, they manage to put it neatly together. They know what to touch and we hat to leave alone. Wait staff and bartenders go over and above. …

I have to say, this place is hidden gem. The staff is was very friendly, the bartender was cool, the room was very clean and decorated with a modern décor taste. Flat screen t.v., granite bathroom sink, nice adjustable shower meaning it can adjust from some one who is 4ft. to some one who is 6,8″, I was impressed and never seen a shower like that. The restaurant bar Market Grill was awesome, had the Seared Ahi Tuna with a Cadillac Margarita and just made everything perfect. I was impressed seeing 7 craft beers from San Diego and AZ breweries on tap. The indoor and outdoor pools are cool! The complimentary breakfast was on point and ended our awesome stay. My wife is from Yuma and I’m from Cali so when we come out to Hot, hot Yuma I will alway stay at the the Radisson!

I’ve stayed at many different Radissons for work and this one has some of the the best customer service we’ve seen. It also helped that I wasn’t here for work and had more time to relax.
1. The bar tender at The Market makes a mean cocktail. We enjoy Craft drinks in SD & LA and were surprised to get some high quality mixes here in Yuma, let alone the Radisson. I blame it on the bartender.
2. They offer a free shuttle into downtown. We were bummed that Über isn’t offered here but with free shuttle service — who cares!
3. The concierge has your back. We didn’t have any cash on us but wanted to tip the shuttle driver after he picked us up from a fun night at the Prison Hill Brewery. The guy at the front desk had cash in the amount we requested waiting for us in an envelope when we arrived. He made us look good.
Love this place! Enjoyed our big bed. Wish we took advantage of the indoor and outdoor pool.

We just love staying here. My boyfriend and I are from San Diego and we make the drive to Arizona to get away. We always try new spots but this one has us coming back. It’s friendly, clean, great location and best of all check out is at noon. The prices are pretty fair for what they have to offer. Breakfast is pretty tasty and the servers always have a smile and willing to help. That’s 2 thumbs up in my book.

This place is a gem. From the front desk staff to the house keepers, service is 5 star. Room was great with comfy bed, great shower and even had a bottle of water waiting for me. And in this 100 degree heat that is much appreciated. Quiet, beautiful views of the mountains and great fitness center.

Modern, clean, and very affordable, this hotel is also staffed with extremely friendly and cheerful people. I definitely know where I will stay if I pass this way again!

I am in the customer service industry, THIS Radison is AMAZING. When ever I am staying in Yuma, I mostly definately will stay here again. p. s. room service and morning breakfast were outstanding.

Stayed here with a small group of motorcycle friends and spent a good portion of the afternoon in the bar which was excellent! Comfortable seating, EXCELLENT service, drinks and food and happy hour starts early at 3:00! I so wish I could remember the name of the bartender because he was amazing, a little short, dark hair and beard and he was on top of his game. To our surprise, when we were finally ready to go into the restaurant and have dinner, hours later, he was our waiter as well, the man wears MANY hats because my daughter then discovered that he also does room service. This is a lot to ask of one individual but he did an amazing job for this group of 10! The hotel is great, excellent rooms, two pools, indoor and outdoor, a gym, a little snack shop, bar/​restaurant. My only complaint and it’s not a big one, the shower, although it’s beautiful, I hate hand-​held showers, kind of disgusting if you really think about it, not to mention, hard to wash your hair and hold the shower head at the same time… but that’s just me:) Their complimentary breakfast was excellent in comparison to others we have stayed at, although it was quite crowded on a Sunday a.m., they could have possibly used another person on shift to keep the plates/​bowls, food and coffee replenished, minor complaint. Lastly, I love that they slip your ITEMIZED invoice under your door the morning of checkout, so easy and nice to see everything that was charged. We will definitely make the Radisson our go-​to hotel when passing thru and I will be letting my dad know as well because he always stays in Yuma on his way to Padres spring training. They offer a «Carlson» card for points so all of our bar/​restaurant/​hotel charges were applied to this card to receive «points» for future stays, very smart on Radisson’s part because we will definitely start out future hotel searches at Radisson Hotels.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but this hotel deserves recognition. I travel within the state often and this is easily my favorite place to stay. Why? It’s a clean, comfortable hotel with sleep number beds and a pretty darn good complimentary breakfast. But what really does it for me is the customer service. I’m not sure what it is but they just seem happy to be there, and are very attentive to their guests. Seems like a given but many other hotels I’ve stayed at in this price range don’t always give that impression. Just a really nice group of people that put a smile on my face after a long day. Looking forward to staying there again.

We’ve been staying here for the past 3yrs & we’ve not been disappointment. The whole property is really well kept.
Rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good too. The only negative is that the restaurant only serves from 4 – 10. There’s plenty of take out places nearby.
We will definitely be back on our next trip to Yuma.

This hotel is wonderful — from the rooms right down to the staff (Lorena and Steva. Everyone is so genuinely friendly and consistently welcoming to all patrons who enter the building. I cannot wait until my next visit and I encourage all to stay here when visiting Yuma. It’s in walking distance to the mall and eateries.

This hotel has an impressive collection of Dale Chihuly/​Pilchuck Studios art glass.
If you check rates locally, I think you’ll find the Radisson competitive. It is Old School. In-​house restaurant and wine bar. Not quite a menu breakfast, but the best free hotel breakfast you’ll find most places. Great work space with lots of outlets in a cleverly designed room with a sleep number bed.
The room temp can be controlled at the unit or wall thermostat. I turned mine off last night. This place sits next to I-​8 and the Union Pacific Railroad line. Maybe I was too tired last night, but I heard nothing. Not even the monster front brining high winds and low clouds to the region early this morning.
An excellent place to stay in Yuma.
