Yukon Vac & Sew Center

I took my sewing maching to «the other guys» in OKC who serviced it less than six months ago because it was messing up and not sewing right after only about 2 hours of actual use since the service they did on it. The guy that looked at it was an absolute jerk first of all and told me that I need ANOTHER service ($ 85) plus some other sort of adjustment (another $ 45) and that MIGHT fix it. It was all my fault because I shouldn’t let it sit and not use it. I nearly Freecycled it in hopes that someone could tinker with it and get some use out of it. But instead I dropped it by Yukon Vac & Sewing just to see if I got the same report, in no way leading them by letting them know what I had been told by this other place. They looked at it and instead of a call telling me that I needed more in repairs than the machine was worth, I got a call within two days saying that it was fixed, needed only a really minor adjustment, and they didn’t even charge me because it didn’t take any time to do. These guys will get my business from now on!
