Flood Masters

The worst place ever! I called and talked to jerry about my mom’s house being flooded and he said that they would come out. I waited for several hours and decided to call to see if they were going to head out to the house. they said that they would be out today and they would call us back when they could head out there. Never! called to say if they couldn’t do the job so we could find someone else! Never got back to us! I called in the morning and waited until 7:30pm still no phone call!!! I had to call someone else which, was butler plumbing and they came out in under 30 mins! I would not recommend floodmaster unless, you would like to have standing water and mold develop in your house, rugs, and wall. Further, they lied that they would be out and call us! I never got a phone call back so i am writing this its 10:19 pm! Still no phone call! No apology, to say they are sorry they couldn’t come out! I talked to jerry he doesn’t care because its not his house that is standing in water and he is such a lier!!! Promises that he cant do! He is misleading us to wait on them and not being honest people!
