I called George to inquire about cleaning the carpets in our house. He gave me a quote and I told him I would talk to my husband and get right back to him. He asked me to text him our address since he was in the middle of something anyway. I texted him about 20 minutes later with our address and said we would like to go ahead and schedule a day for the cleaning. I never heard back from him. We ended up going to a home improvement store and buying a steam cleaner for less than the price I was quoted by George. I later saw a negative review for his business on
so at this point, I’m thankful he never bothered getting in touch with me.
