This place is amazing. From the ambiance to the service. We had the Surf & Turf and it was amazing, the filet was like butter and the lobster was like heaven of the sea. It topped off great with there signature drink a ginger mule. The server was great and Brandon the manager came by and made sure everything was great. This is definitely a place to make a trip to. 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the problem is much more how you handled yourself, becoming immediately hostile towards me and then hovering around waiting to see if I disobey you about a topic you simply did not(and now do) know the correct answer to. I was never trying to «get a rise out of you», you asked me to not let my child sit at the bar and I listened. The customer service situation should have been handled with calm and clarity, if that had happened we would not be having this discussion. If you choose to have a «policy» against kids at the bar then that is your prerogative, it simply has nothing to do with the law. Should you choose to have this«policy» it should be posted as such. Red Robin in Redlands has this«policy» and it is posted. This was also clarified with the ABC. The sad part again, is that we liked your restaurant and looked forward to coming there. After doing your own research if you would like to call me(909)307−8220 to discuss this you are welcome to, I have spent entirely too much time on a topic you should have been trained on. And, yes, we do have plenty of other establishments to go where we are treated with common decency and respect.

Bison burger was excellent. Steak was very good, and the sides were also well prepared. Best thing, the prices are very reasonable for very good food. Wife and I have visited twice so far, and plan on being frequent diners. Service is great, and probably will be outstanding once the place settles in over the next few months. Must visit if you live locally.

Very clean and charismatic place. Service was great, restrooms were clean and very well decorated, my wife had the 8oz filet mignon and I had the fried chicken. The filet mignon was excellent, fried chicken not so great. A little salty and the batter is too flaky and Falls off or bunches up as you try to eat the chicken so it adds to the salinity. But that is my opinion and someone else might love it. The fresh bread they bring out is delicious and warm. Very cool place especially for the area. We will definitely be coming back. It’s great to have such a nice place add character to the area and I hope they stay for long. Great work owners

Tonight my family and I ate at the oak glen steak house. The food was amazing and the service was even better. We eat out a lot, and never have we ever had anyone ask our kids if they needed refills, or if they needed anything with their meal. Kayla was our waitress and not only was she on top of our refills on our drinks but my kids also. I was so pleased with everything we will definitely be coming back.

The atmosphere is modernly rustic. The saloon is perfect for family and wine/beer connoisseurs. Appetizers are perfect portions and creative with fair pricing. The only oddity was the French onion soup. As a lifetime fan this version does not come with the infamous cheese melted over the top. Instead they have a croûton with cheese melted on top of it. There steaks, garlic mashed, bacon M Brussels and are top notch terrific.

I am so happy to see a thriving business in this location. As long as the food stays as good as it is, this place should be here for a long time! Great atmosphere — we sat in the bar and had lunch — delicious open face steak sandwich. My friend had the fried chicken which looked and smelled great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the bloody mary mix is really spicy! Like eat your intestines spicy. I’d have appreciated it if our server told us when we ordered, I wouldn’t have been forced to have her take the drinks — that we couldn’t drink — off of our bill. Now that I know, I just won’t order a bloody mary the next time I’m here.

Had dinner here last night since it came highly recommended. What a major disappointment. Wife order tri-tip. She got 4 nice sized pieces of meet but the only problem was half of each piece was fat. I cook a lot of tri-tip and have never seen fat like this on that cut of meat. Her baked potato was delivered black and heavily burnt. How the waiter could have served that is beyond me. I have NO plans to return. Sizzler serves a better cut of meat

We visited the restaurant on 1÷9÷16. No wait when we walked in. My spouse ordered the rib eye and I ordered black pepper prime rib. Both were delicious, yummy, tender, full of flavor & worth the price on the menu. He had baked potato & veggies for sides & I had mac & cheese & garlic mash potatoes… Sides were yummy but my potatoes were a lil on the cold side :( The service does needs some attention. Management needs to pay close attention to servers. Lack of service is why we are giving 4 stars. Restrooms were clean. Restaurant is very nice & the décor fits the steak house. We will definitely return again if in the area.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Nice drive and a view of the valley from the restaurant porch. I had a prime rib that melted like butter in my mouth. The menu for bison and Angus steaks are reasonable. There are items for just about anyone like fish, chicken, and vegitable. The bar is very nice and has several monitors to watch sports from. It’s only been open about a month so I expect the staff will get better with service. I agree they are lacking attention to the tables. I sat for about 3 minutes before I was asked for a drink order. It was not that busy. All in all it was a great dining experience and will be back again.

Went here on Friday night. The building and décor are nice. The food was good. I had the prime rib and it was a good portion and cooked to my liking. The real downer is the service. If somebody is going to pay up to $ 40 for a steak, the service needs to go with it. My brother and I were talking about the service we have received at restaurants ranging from New York to Laughlin and unfortunately, this place has a way to go. Our waitress would be missing for long stretches of time. My brother had speak to another waiter to get a beer. The waiter was not too pleased. I think it boils down to management and training. And honestly I don’t believe that«caliber» of service has existed in Yucaipa before. For as much as I want this place to succeed, and I understand the owners have deep pockets, I give it 6 months to a year. I’m not sure Yucaipa or Oak Glen are ready or needing a $ 40 a plate restaurant.

Great atmosphere with friendly staff. There was a 30 minute wait for the dining room so we choose to dine in the saloon. The Ritual Brewing beers were very good they had the Extra Red and Love and Malt on tap. The calimari was a good appetizer. The filet Mignon was very good along with the Brussels sprouts. The brisket platter was a little challenged the brisket wasn’t sliced the right way and was about half fat. The sides that came with the brisket were good. Overall a great nite out.

Where have you been? A Redlands couple just looking for a great place, great food and of course, great service. Hard to find down the hill. Wow, the french onion soup was fantastic. The wings were the best around, and the rib eye sandwich was delicious. This place is on our new rotation of the top 3 places in the 909. Full bar. Ritual Beer and for those with a less fortunate palate… Hanger beers. We will be back 1 – 2 times a week.
