I’m very impressed with the job Steve and his associate did on our carpets. They took their time and did an excellent job. We have 3 dogs who spend the majority of their time in the house. Need I say more? Thanks, Steve, for a job well done!

I needed carpet cleaning for my dad’s mobile home that we had just sold. Not being from the area, I had no clue who to call. My wife and I recently rescued three dogs and needless to say we had some carpets that needed so serious cleaning. I hired Steve this past weekend and I wish I took before and after pictures of my carpet. Steve and crew did an outstanding job! Hired Steve last week to clean my carpets, recliner and ottoman he did an excellent job! Took his time cleaning every inch of them. We were VERY satisfied and we will definitely hire him again! We really recommend him u won’t be disappointed!

It was Sunday. Finding someone to clean carpets on that day is more than a challenge, it’s impossible! Steve called me back in a timely fashion & though he couldn’t make it that day, we scheduled the cleaning first thing the next morning. Why the rush? We had visitors in town and wanted the house to look polished, though having two Great Danes and a kitten, makes keeping carpet clean — a big challenge. Steve took about 10 mins to explain the process, the equipment used & the pricing. Communication was at its best! When I mentioned the dining room chairs, he gave a discount for adding another cleaning, then mentioned that in the next 30 days if odors do not seem entirely removed or another stain happens, he will come back to the house and re-​clean — free of charge! We had three rooms + hallway + 3 chairs (tops & bottoms) done for a total of $ 135. Needless to say, we are switching from a former company to Steve’s!

I have to agree with the others. We had him out and wow these guys do a wonderful job.

Steve is as everyone has said. Exceptional. Beyond that actually. I’ve been having my carpets cleaned for years and Steve’s is the best ever. Not only does he do a fantastic job, he has great knowledge about carpet. He CARES about his work and is very careful around your home. We’ve been using Steves Carpet Care for over 8 years and will continue to be loyal customers for some time. Previous cleaners have come to the house before and a few times when we waited too long to book Steve for the holidays and it’s always left us disappointed. Other cleaners don’t extract the dirt, can’t get tough stains out, don’t do the pre treatment work needed or are shifty on price with bait and switch rates. Steve is none of this. His cleaning methods work great and every time we are amazed not just with the results but the price as well. Steve is trusted person in our house and has our commitment for years to come.

All I can say is WOW! Steve and his assistant were professional, courteous, and very respectful of my property. I had them clean white carpets that needed cleaning and they look like new, as well as my sofa and love seat. Pricing is reasonable for a real carpet cleaning, no upselling, and they back up their work. What more can you ask? I completely recommend them, and already have plans on having them come back to clean the carpets in my new home once I’m done unpacking because they’re white too. Call them, you won’t regret it!

I just had Steve clean my carpet last Saturday (⁶⁄₁₄) and I cannot begin to tell you what great of a job he did. As others have said, he explained exactly what he was doing and how if differed from regular carpet cleaning. He explained what machinery he had and how it worked and even offered advised on how to maintain a clean carpet.
He did my home in less than 2 hours. I only have 4 rooms with carpet but he gets the job done well and quick. I have had other cleaning companies bring in blowers to dry the carpets and it sometimes took at least 4 – 6 hours for it to dry. When Steve cleaned my carpet, it was dry within an hour. The machinery he uses is top notch!!! And the pricing is excellent as well. My carpet looked brand new when he was done with it.
Overall, the best experience I have had with a carpet cleaning company. Steve was very courteous, friendly, punctual, and honest. I will definitely be using him again and will recommend him to friends and family. Wow!!! Steve and his assistant did an amazing job! They were both very professional. They explain everything before they get started. They both have great attitudes. The price was awesome, they give the best deal. We priced different companies and their price was the best. I highly recommend them, don’t call anyone else. You will not regret it.

Steve and his partner did an amazing job on our place today. On time, no upsell, even provided extras an no additional charge. Great new equipment, Carpet and rugs look great! Top of the line all the way! The price may seem high compared to other quotes but everyone else we have tried is always trying to upsell and cut corners while doing a mediocre job. I would highly recommend these guys!

Today, Steves Carpet Care cleaned my carpet. This is the 4^th time I have used Steves Carpet Care. Steve is Professional, Clean, Honest and his work is above standard. I have pets and my grandsons visit often and my carpet gets pretty bad. When Steve is finished cleaning my carpets look brand new. I would never use any other company.
His prices are more than fair…
