It was my first time to Freedom Salon. I was a walk in on Saturday Oct 8th. I was given to what I assume was a very new staff member. I was somewhat concerned as her technique was a bit rough (stabbbed with the scissors a few times, rough combing etc). It was not until I got home that I was shocked to see what a bad haircut I had received! It was totally uneven on the sides and back. Two areas of my scalp were showing!
I would without question ask about the experience level of your hairdresser. They should either have told me she was VERY new, or trained their stylists better
