Rose is wonderful. I have never done a remodel before and she was very patient walking me through the steps. Her team does quality work, even taking extra time when needed to make sure it is done correctly. My home is 40 years old and as the remodel is in work the team has found problems associated with older homes and always found solutions that are reasonable and work. Shout out to Dan! Two friends recommended Rose and I’m glad I followed up and hired her!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. COMPLETELY unbelievable.
It really is true the saying on how impactful RUDE service is on a business. I’ve lived in Yorba Linda my entire life, and have worked in management for small businesses for as long as I could walk. NEVER have I EVER run into such a absolutely horrid experience with a business that I simply wanted to give my money to.
Me and my friend had just finished up lunch and was strolling the streets of old town Yorba Linda and noticed a small hole in the wall store advertising kitchen/​home/​window treatments. We manage a local store that is a bit older and had dated windows that were way due for an upgrade, and had been thinking about having our windows changed out. We figured why not support local business in our area? Apparently that was a big mistake.
As soon as we walked in door we were greeted by a sweet white poodle mix (probably the best part of our trip there) and waited for somebody to ask for help. Moments later, a lady by the name of Rose walks out from the back and stares at us as if we were burglars in her home, and in the most rudest tone of voice I’ve ever heard spoken to a potential customer, asks if she could help us with something. I told her we were simply in the area and saw what her store specialized in and had a couple of questions to ask if she had a moment. She continues to glare at us as though we are completely insane (Granted, I look a lot younger than I am, but is that really an excuse to treat me as though I’m mentally retarded and inept to understand why I’m in your business?) and tells me bluntly that she’s currently in a «meeting». And how her business is a window «TREATMENT» store, and continues to stare at us as though we’re completely psycho.
Okay, that’s fine I totally understand, and I politely apologize for being such an interruption and offer to come back later (yeah right). During this whole exchange, she’s speaking as though I have no right to be in her store. Right away she made us feel as though we were completely stupid and idiotic for even merely BEING into her store in the first place. Apparently its just completely crazy how a person of my age would be possibly ask some simple questions ABOUT THE BUSINESS IN WHICH SHE IS RUNNING. My friend and co-​worker catches on quickly to her overwhelmingly unwelcoming vibe and tells her the business in which we work for and where we are located.
Well what do you know! Its as if we had suddenly won the lotto and instant celebrities because my oh my did her demeanor change. Absolutely appalling. She rushed to give us her business cards and promised us that she would be in touch with us shortly regarding those appraisals. Are you kidding me? God forbid I try and give you any business after that experience.
Note to business owner: learn how to treat new and potential customers before letting your own personal prejudices tell you otherwise. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Great little place that’s very capable of big work! Rose is super nice and obviously loves what she does. If you want someone that will make sure everyone is doing what they need to do, from beginning to end, I would give them a call.
