Meet the Business Owner

Bill M.

Business Owner

Bill established Three G’s in July 1976 and has been the acting President and CEO since its inception. 3G’s started in business specializing in the trucking, warehouse and distribution industry providing labor leasing contracts to medium and large union facilities across the country.

Bill provides expertise in union negotiations and built a niche in negotiating union labor, grievances, collective and bargaining agreements for employees on behalf of Three G’s. Bill has maintained and provided his services to the majority of his clients for over three decades now.

Bill’s father specialized as labor consultants who represented management in negotiations and grievance hearings with various International Unions and Federal and State Governmental Agencies across the country. It was during these early years that Bill learned how to negotiate and navigate Union operations.

Three G’s belongs to many industry associations and is actively involved in a number of organizations.
