Business Owner

Dillard & Associates’ Managing Director responsible for internal management relations and professional resume writing services. Her primary focus is to ensure adequate training of the Dillard & Associates management team, thus, ensuring excellent customer relations.

Prior to co-​founding Dillard & Associates, Mrs. Dillard’s professional roles were with Beckman Coulter, Inc., in California as Customer Service Supervisor — Government Relations, GTC Telecommunications, in California as Customer Service Manager and Westec Security, in California as Customer Service Supervisor.

Mrs. Dillard believes in personal development through education and hands-​on application. She has received her Management Certification from American Management Association, a Frontline Leadership Certification from AchieveGlobal (formerly Zenger-​Miller), is an active member of the National Resume Writers Association (NRWA) and an inducted member of Stanford’s Who’s Who.
