Couldn’t imagine taking my dog to any other vet! The staff is awesome and they are amazing about following up with you with your request. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and I take full comfort in my dogs well being when I take her to them!

Great service. I took my newly adopted shelter kitty here because they were part of the free check up list. I didn’t know much about them but saw the good reviews. They really care about your animals here. I even received a follow up call to see how everything was and I had a question that they followed up on as well. Definitely recommend them.

I have a very large VERY shy English Mastiff. Brian always clears out the waiting room for us so Aubree doesn’t get agitated by other dogs. Also have a smaller dog and a couple of cats. Have had to euthanize a cat there-​and they are quite compassionate. Also, I really disagree with any reviewers who say they nickel and dime you on the fees. Absolutely NOT my experience. They work to develop a relationship with their clients and lay out various treatment options. No judgement or attempts to persuade you to make care decisions that you cannot afford and will not really help extend life or quality of life in an ailing pet.

Wonderful experience from the assistants to the Doctor. Had our English Bulldog neutered here a couple of days ago. Highly professional Veterinarian and I’d recommend to anyone looking for a caring staff.

We’ve used Paws ‘n’ Claws for our pets for about a decade. Originally things were pretty good, but they have changed — and not for the better. They sell pet medications — and they aren’t cheap. When I initially complained about this a few years ago, they agreed to price match prices from internet providers. They have now changed policy to only price match against two internet providers — and they are the most expensive providers out there. This rating would have been higher if their practice hadn’t decided that they need to make everything about the almighty dollar. Very sadi

Dr. Glen and Dr. Caroline are the best veterinarians I’ve worked with. They’re not only empathetic, but are great diagnosticians who regularly consult with each other to make sure that all aspects of your pet’s condition is covered. We have three (very large) senior dogs who actually like going to their office. Their prices are more than fair and they don’t prescribe unnecessary medications and procedures, unlike the vet we were going to in Chino Hills that had misdiagnosed our dog’s condition and had her on meds that would have eventually killed her. We can’t say enough good about the Dr’s and the staff. Many thanks from Shaka, Teddi and KC…:)

I was initially very impressed with this office. All of the workers and Dr. Glenn were polite and very knowledgeable. When picking up my dogs, I received a bill of about $ 500. I asked the man working front desk, I am unsure of his name, if the trifexis was included. He said no, I told him I needed the medication, he adjusted the overall bill, the price changed, and I paid. I grabbed the medication as my dogs walked up. I got in the car enthusiastic of seeing them all groomed, although I was not happy with the cut they received. I went on with my normal day not checking the receipt. About 2 months later I receive a phone call from Brian who is in charge of billing. He asked how my dogs were doing and how I liked the clinic. I answered that I was overall happy. Then he proceeds to ask how the trifexis was working. I said great but that we were finishing up the first box that we bought at a different clinic. He then started to say how they didn’t charge me for it and if I could look up my receipt to verify. I was honestly very upset because it felt like they were accusing me of being a thief. I did not appreciate the way that this was handled. I wish he would have said they made a mistake and wanted to see if the mistake was made with me. I have no problem with paying the money but I feel uncomfortable with returning. I am a very proud woman and this clinic questioned my integrity for a mistake they made. Not to mention when I received the bill, they were charging me a billing fee of $ 12. I questioned this and they waived it. Which I’m glad because again I did not plan on receiving this medication for free. I am not a thief. What made me write this review was that Brian was very nonchalant about losing me as a client. I want to find a vet that respects not only my pets but me as well.

I’m so glad I was referred to Paws and Claws! My dog was becoming very overwhelmed and anxious at my previous vet. so I decided to check out Paws and Claws. We have been coming here for almost a year and I cannot say enough about the doctors and all of the staff. They are so attentive and caring. They work on building rapport with your dog and take their time. I have never felt rushed and I feel like they truly have my dog’s best interest at heart. They truly go above and beyond and I’m so grateful to them! Thanks Paws and Claws! :)

I’ve only had 1 visit, but it was a good one. Melissa was welcoming and more than happy to help. She was friendly and gentle with my scared little baby. Dr. Glen was friendly and knowledgeable. He let my baby get accustomed to her surroundings before he examined her. He explained her condition and thoroughly explained the procedure. He spent ALOT of time with my dog and me. I left feeling my dog was in good hands. (this review is for a new patient visit)

I only trust my animals with Paws N Claws. We have been seeing Dr.‘s Glen and Caroline for 20+ years. I brought my dog to them today for a bump and Dr. Windt took great care of us. They have always helped us with making the best decisions and making sure all of my animals are healthy. They deserve a 6^th star!

I recently picked up a stray dog that was aimlessly wandering in the middle of Fairmont Blvd. Poor little thing was so scared, but I managed to get him in my car. I brought him to Paw N Claws hoping to find a microchip. Fortunately he was microchipped, however finding his owner was a daunting task as the microchip was never registered by the owner. Little PeeWee was reunited with his loving family because of the relentless hard work and investigating by Kelly and Kristyn at Paws n Claws! Their compassion and love of animals really showed! Thanks girls, for making it happen!!!

This is the only vet we will use for our animals. All of our dogs love coming here, whether it’s for grooming or vet visits. The staff and vets are caring and very friendly. They go above and beyond to help you out in any way they can.

Great vet

I found a beautiful chocolate Doberman female running frantically on my street I chased her for a long time she was so scared I finally caught up to her on a nice mans porch and she clearly needed medical attention because she ran her pads of her paws there was blood every where. Not knowing where to take her because we defiantly didn’t want her to end up at the pound, he Recommended paws n claws we took her in, the vet tech carried her inside because it was painful for her to walk. They gave her medical attention and allowed her to stay until the owners where found. And I did locate the owners! I couldn’t say enough good things about this place such friendly and caring staff they are really there to help any animal in need.

Excellent medical care and friendly professional service from the entire staff. So impressed! So nice that Nigel is not treated as a number — I am really pleased to have found our forever vet!

I was referred to Paws n Claws from my cousin and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Prices are great, both vets are amazing, staff is comforting towards my pets, and they always work with me! Thank you so much for referring my faith in TRUE veterinarian work!

Our dogs have been coming to Paws ‘n Claws since they opened about 10 years ago. Shaina, our dog at the time they opened, had been abused by her prior owners and didn’t warm up to new people right away. She loved coming to get groomed and her checkups. Shaina broke her leg and the doc’s did a great job setting her leg and caring for her.
Thorpedo, our current dog loves to come here as well. As soon as he sees where we are he starts running toward the door to get in. The staff all greet him by name and he wags his non-​existent tail (he is an Aussie) like crazy.

Don’t say your an animal hospital if you don’t have time for «emergencies»
If your having an emergency make sure you call before you waste your time driving there and they are «too busy»

This is the ONLY vet we will be taking my elderly (almost 17-​year-​old) cat to. We were drive bys and stopped, first for a general checkup and then for some health issues. From what I gather, this is a husband and wife team. We’ve only seen the female doctor so far, and she’s been wonderful.
My cat has had a bad experience with a vet assistant before, and so I warned them that my kitty scratched an assistant in the past and ended up under a chair, hissing, and had to be sedated for future appointments. Well, the doc handled him gently but firmly, and there was no issue. Her assistants have all been just as wonderful. The cat doesn’t freak out as he has in the past with someone who is inexperienced, and as a result, he hasn’t required sedation before vet visits here.
My kitty is now in early renal failure. He’s been on a special diet since this diagnosis. Of note, I researched the prescription and what Paws ‘n’ Claws was charging, and found that it is only about a dollar more than the cheapest I could get it online without even adding shipping, so it’s an absolutely reasonable rate.
At a recent visit, the doc heard our concerns about not wanting to put our elderly cat through too much pain or prolong his life for selfish reasons if his quality of life is not good. She suggested, based on the lab work and the history we provided, that we now go to giving him daily to every other day subcutaneous injections of fluids. The vet tech came in and taught me how to administer the shot. AND GET THIS: He offered to come over to our house for additional training should we want it. He has offered this on a couple of occasions. We said we’ll take him out to dinner or something should we need the extra training. But really, we were astonished that a vet tech would be so caring to make such an offer. That’s just one way we knew we had a really special place in this vet hospital.
I have to also note that awhile back we took the same kitty in for a dental cleaning. He’d never had one, and his gums were apparently really bad. Well, the dentist saw him but then called us and said that he wouldn’t clean him because the issue was an inflammation thing that cats get, and it would require anesthesia. Since our cat is almost 17 years old, it would be extremely risky to put him under. I appreciated the doctor’s honesty. We weren’t charged a thing for that assessment.
So unlike a previous reviewer, I found that this vet is absolutely reasonable with their fees. However, we also ask what things will cost, and we communicate with the vet and her staff our intentions with regard to our kitty’s treatment (as in quality of life over quantity). They, in turn, have been very communicative with us. They actually greet me by name when I enter, which I find wonderful. We are so pleased with Paws ‘n’ Claws’ caring service that I can’t imagine any reason to ever go elsewhere.
