Minute Clinic

Appalled to say the least. I have been to many minute clinics in the past while in college just because it was always easier to get treated here for minor illnesses then waiting to make an appointment with my PCP. Today my experience was negative enough to possibly never go back to a minute clinic. The nurse was beyond rude and judgmental and just wanted to try and brush me off. She acted as if I was incompetent and was very condescending in her tone and demeanor. I wish I had gotten her name, I have never had such a negative experience from a health care practitioner before or from minute clinic… walked out without getting any services done.

This was the worst place I can ever imagine returning to. I came and the computer was out so I had to sign in. 30 minutes later the computer was fixed and the guy said i could sign in. I signed in the computer and in the meantime the lady comes out and doesn’t even acknowledge me. 45 minutes later, I get a text that I should return in 30 minutes. The computer said the wait was 7 minutes and here I’m still waiting for a reading on my TB Test. The customer service is such a disappointment that I don’t even know why they bother having a minute clinic here. Never returning back!!!

Went in for a wellness exam for work. Waited about 30 minutes which was fine but when I was called in I was met by one of the most judgmental stuck up person I have ever met! They used have a really nice older lady, she was fantastic. The one that’s there now has absolutely NO personality. Won’t look at you when she’s talking to you. I am a curvy girl and she instantly assumed I had type 2 diabetes. I will drive further to go to another clinic rather than deal with her again.

This was the worse experience when it comes to dealing with a «medical professional». Unfortunately, there was nothing professional when it comes to Darla. She’s the Nurse Practitioner who I went to for my wellness activity check up that I intended to very for work but I was denied service because she said that the process would take «too long» and she wanted to go home. It was only 7:03 pm and online it said that they would take patients until 7:15pm. When I told her that she ignored me and closed her door.
Today was my last day to submit my wellness activity to get a $ 500 credit towards medical expenses.
Please stay away from this place and Save yourself from dealing with someone so unprofessional and ignorant.

Ok I love to hate on minute clinic… but it is super handy and helpful when you have a minor ailment and need to get a quick solution.
This one I always seem to hit at lunchtime for the staff!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhh none the less… when you make it in and they are on duty it is a super quick easy and hassle free process to getting well.
I had a weird leg rash when I came in here that I didn’t have any idea where I got it. I was thinking poison oak from hiking, but regular anti poison oak/​ivy creams didn’t do anything to help out. So in I came after a week of total failure of OTC stuff. The staff checked me out and gave me a prescription cream that worked really fast along with an oral enhancer. In the end it was a quick and cheap solution to a super annoying health issue…
YAY!
None the less waiting in line or finding out what their hours are around lunch time, is not always that easy and can cause some delays that make everything harder and harder to deal with.
But it’s a great way to get taken care of on the cheap and it was just an office visit copay… I just wish they had more of these joints to get treated at and thus the lines would be shorter and not as cumbersome.

I’ve been to Minute Clinic in several states and always have a great experience. All medicine should be this thorough and this quick. I love that they keep my records. My children get vaccinations here. Can’t say enough good things.

wow, my experience was way better than the other reviewers here. :/​i went to get a TB test and after logging in, my wait time said 1 hr 30 minutes. ok, no prob. i went to my car and after about 45 minutes, i received a text and said they were ready for me. i think my experience was positive bc i expected to wait longer. the nurse jennifer let me know that it was $ 28 to administer the test and another $ 28 to have it read when i returned so i knew exactly what to expect. when i returned 2 days later it was a different nurse but i logged in and waited about 5 minutes. luckily the door was open bc i dont think she was checking the queue and after i coughed, she looked out and saw me. :) but my positive review is due to Jennifer being so nice and taking the time to explain everything. i would return but give myself plenty of time for waiting.

Do not come here!
I just needed my tuberculin skin test read which only takes a second and a signature but I waited for an hour. And I was the only person in line.
Go to another Minute Clinic or Medpost. Worst mistake of my life.

Came here or my DOT exam they r open till 7 so I came after work. The staff was top notch nice and very quick.

Only thing true about this Clinic is its s Minute Clinic alright ! The wait for a Flu Shot was 160 minutes !!!
It took multiple online forms to fill out and multiple signatures before you find out it’s over 2hrs of waiting !!!
No window, Nobody to talk to.
It’s a waste even if it was truly 5mins.
Then we went to Medpost in Brea, wow that was The Real Deal ! Awesome service and in and out in a couple of minutes !!!

Minute clinic takes HOURS. They take long lunches and with only 2 customers in front of us our wait was 2 and half hours!!! plus the store staff are clueless as to how the check in process works. I was a loyal CVS customer after my experience with the «minute» clinic I am going to find another pharmacy!

Just want to warn people not to use this clinic. They quoted me $ 28 for a TB test. I spoke with three different people who gave me the same price quote. When I went back 48 hours later to have the test read, they said it would cost another $ 28. This is not the industry norm, and doesn’t happen anywhere else. Why weren’t they upfront about their prices? Also, the place was filthy. Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Fabulous, friendly and efficient service from Tamiko and Denise. Also loved doing telemedicine conference with NP Rosie. So much better for minor illnesses to do it that way

I was treated promptly and very kindly by Roxanne. She diagnosed and prescribed treatment, and I left the CVS with my prescription in hand. Roxanne, you rock! I will definitely go back when we have another inconvenient illness that needs quick treatment.
