Against my better judgement I ate here again. All natural burger is ok, but the fries, omg. .. CARDBOARD. And I though you couldn’t get worse than Jack– in –the-box fries. Got the criss cut fries thinking they might be better. WRONG! Greasy criss cut cardboard with seasoning salt. Threw em all out after about 3.

Management, you need to staff better on Friday nights! Especially after a high school football game down the street! 27 minutes in the drive-through for one burger. And your poor staff is running around with their heads cut off. They’re going to get hurt trying to keep up with your lack of proper staffing. Your staff is very polite but overworked!

Extremely happy every time i visit. I wish i had done this sooner and wrote how amazing magda is. I work near by and instead of going to the carls jr by my house in corona i go here. I would like for magda to be acknowledged for how hard she works and for always being friendly with a smile :) the rest of the staff has also done their best to service customers as best as they can. It’s good to see people care and work hard. Thank you magda and the rest of the staff.

This is hands down the most disgusting food serving establishment in Yorba Linda. What a filthy place. can we please clean the neighborhood up. For the love of jebus, a health juice store is right next door. Close this place down, the employees are raunchy reeking of body oder, the wait times are gnarly, and most the time I have gotten the wrong change. Today was the last straw. I spent 10 dollar’s on a burger meal. the fry’s were as always cold, portions that would make an ant ask for seconds. the burger made me write this review. Disgusting. Stingy employees working for a stingy manager working for a cheap owner. Im still pissed, hungry and now out 10 bucks. I wonder when the last time the health inspector was called on this place.

Closest Carl’s to my house like many of the rest who dare enter and not go the extra mile for better service, unfortunately. After the third time of getting a crusty order, dry and hard chicken sandwich, and one of those«natural» burgers(in the same order!), cold fries another time, ect, ect, I’m going to the Carl’s on La Palma from now and forever more for my Carl’s fix cause I’ve never had shitty service there(pardon my French) and their drive through is open 24 hour! I honestly don’t know how it is that hard to make a decent spicy chicken sandwich on a dead Sunday night around 9. If anyone has the same issue its probably been the same fry cook! :/ –Pissed and still hungry!

OK, so it’s mostly the same as most other Carl’s Jr. The one down the hill was recently remodeled. Usually I go to this one for the Breakfast Burgers that I love and a coffee. The total was $ 5.27. I thought I gave the woman $ 20.27 that included seven pennies. She repeated $ 5.27, and then handed me back an extra $ 20.00! I had just returned from the atm, and would have noticed the missing $ 20. She was honest, I was careless. I wonder home many others would have just pocketed the $ 20. Oh, by the way, the Breakfast Burger was delicious as always!

This is definitely not one of the better Carl’s Jr but alas it is the closest to my house. The people who work here are odd. My bill was 8.63 so I handed the kid 10.13 because I hate pennies. He was so confused and had to get help how to figure out the change. It’s $ 1.50. It’s not difficult. When he finally figured it out he practically threw the change at me. Also, every time I specifically ask for house dressing(in the purple/pink package.) More than half the time I get the gross buttermilk ranch. Today, for the first time I didn’t even get my drink. I’d like to say I won’t go back but I probably will.
