If I could give them no stars I would. Their equipment is ALWAYS broken. First the coke machines, second the frappé and tonight the 3rd as I was waiting for 3 minutes for someone to come on and take my order. Another car pulled up at the other drive thru. They gave their order and pulled through! Interesting. Then I tried calling them to let them know that another thing was broken and NOBODY answered the phone! F this place.

My girlfriend gets a ice cream Sunday and it’s not even filled up plus she ordered two cokes and they charged us for two coffees and the manager simply didn’t care she said it’s the same price and walked away… this place is awful

One of the worst I’ve been too. I’ve given it too many second chances. This location has the worst service! They have yet to get my order right. Drive thru is the slowest even after lunch rush hour. Today the drive thru attendant let 4 other cars pass through that got to the second window long after I had arrived before taking my order. Only to get the order wrong! Only ordered for 1 imagine if you have multiple orders! They need to re hire here!

This has to be the slowest, most mismanaged McDonald’s! Unfortunately I have to come to this one since there are no others near by. This place always has at least 20 cars stacked up in the drive thru and a line out the door with only one cashier working! I rarely come here but when I do it’s usually on a Saturday. If they know they are going to be busy why not at least staff one more cashier? They have really taken the«fast» out of fast food.

I had a hard time finding a place to sit because all the tables and chairs are filthy! I suggest bringing your own disinfectant wipes to clean with. The staff seems friendly, but the state of the dining area is unacceptable and is a direct reflection on the leadership and management skills. This restaurant as a lot of potential and so does he staff. I’m giving only two stars to start with and leaving room for improvement.

So it’s 1045 on a Saturday morning and they have ONE cashier working. There is a line of people waiting to order and no employee has any urgency. There is one person standing around waiting to deliver food as it eventually comes up. It took 9 minutes to get an egg mcmuffin and sausage mcgriddle. The mcmuffin was a mess. Muffin burned, ham half off, cheese mostly on the wrapper. The claim to fame for MD is that you get the same positive experience at every location. Obviously this owner doesn’t subscribe to that concept.

Store looks great! Now please invest in training for your people. 1. Customer service 2. Communication.

Not the place to go if you want«fast» food. Drive Thru always seems to take a long time per customer.

McDonalds must hire the most dumbest people in the world. I bought a meal and paid with quarters and dollar coins and the dumb cashier had to call her manager for approval because she could not count. The night manager got an attitude and would not accept is because both the cashier and manager could not coins probably. I tried calling the Franchises owner but you can even get a hold of them. I rather patronize the Chick Fil A across from this craphole where all of the employees seem more happier and smarter than McDonalds.

I’m giving this place 2 stars as I am being generous. The side salad they gave us was rotten with brown leaves and dried cherry tomatoes. On top of that, they forgot our order of fries. We only ordered 3 items without any adjustments. When we called the manager of the store, he didn’t offer to do anything about it. I usually come here and it’s hit or miss, but usually a hit. This time, however, takes the cake. I will now take more time in the drive through to check my order if I really want McDonalds.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I feel like it keeps getting worse. They forgot half my Order, charged me for ranch, and I didn’t even get it. I work in savi ranch. So, it’s an easy stop every once in a while to get us all lunch. Will definitely try to avoid this location!

You people do NOT deserve $ 15/hr. I have no sympathy for lazy, pathetic employees who make it very clear to the customers that they hate their jobs. If your job sucks that’s one thing, but acting dead, lazy, inattentive, and flat out grumpy is inexcusable. You would think the double drive thru would make things move faster. But that only works when the people running the drive thru actually know what they’re doing. The girl taking our order had to ask us to repeat our order twice and kept messing things up. There was a big line of cars behind us, I wonder if it’s slow because McDonald’s just happened to be so busy or if perhaps the poor service contributed to the artificial inflation is the drive thru line. Also blue berry pie has been discontinued. Just in case anyone was wondering since apparently no one bothered to take the cardboard sign out from the drive thru. Yeah it was discontinued 3 days ago. That’s how long it takes to remove a cardboard yard sign from their drive thru. Whoever manages this place must have inherited their position from their mother because this management is unprofessional and inexcusable. Hire me to manage the place instead, I would start by firing the employees who can’t even take a simple order, actually I would fire everyone since this place is garbage. Also look at the picture of nasty chicken nuggets. It’s a 10 piece and you allow disgusting, burnt, deformed nuggets go through? Not 1 but 3? Is this acceptable? Fries tasted dry, old, unsalted, and most importantly they did not taste fresh. Smoothie machine was broken. Pathetic. No blueberry pie. Even though there was a sign out there advertising it.

I waited 20 min for 1 happy meal with apple slices, no fries. The burger was cold. No apology. When I called I got an answering machine. Unorganized and poor service.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s location you could hope to find. The manager Bobeye is probably the most rude woman that you can find at any location. My sister and I brought two coupons in to use that clearly stated one coupon per customer. She would not let us use it and THREW the coupon back at us. I proceeded to hand it back to her and said we are two customers. She made us split up the transaction even though I have been to other locations that have let us. She proceeded to be rude during the whole ordering process. She also did not give me my drink. She also«ran» out of gogurt. She offered us brown old apple slices instead. What kind of inventory management is that. When the food came out the chicken was dry and shriveled up. By far my worst experience ever.

HORRIBLESERVICE!!! It took 30 minutes for me to get 3 little breakfast burritos! 30 minutes!!! I ordered today at 10:51 and finally at 11:20 my food was set out on the counter!!! WTH!!! The food running was MIA so I had to go up and get it. No one called out my number. It just sat there until I went up and got it. I asked the gal why it would take 30 minutes and the best she could do was say«I don’t know» and turn around. The food runner/manager offered no better explanation when I asked for one. She offer me a card for a free meal… but only at this location. I’m NEVER coming back from Seal Beach to eat here!!! The whole crew should get fired, starting with the manager!!!

Needing a quick snack on the road we stopped here out of desperation. Drive thru took over 20 minutes for two cars, my egg mc muffin was skimpy and cold. My husband had the new sirloin steakhouse, said it was disgusting and tossed it. Fries overly salty, waste of money.

We had just finished up at Costco and had some freezer items in the car and couldn’t dally too long, so we got food to go(our big mistake) from this location this past weekend. * They messed up my wife’s sandwich order(wrong sandwich) * They gave my son the wrong Happy Meal Toy(the previous month’s toy instead of this month’s toy). * They didn’t give my son fries, or apples, or any side with his Happy Meal. * In addition to crushing my son’s hopes, the sandwich I got gave me a good case of food poisoning. So yeah, I don’t plan on visiting this location in the future. The restaurant might look nice, but the Sunday lunch crew really messed up our order, and messed me up to boot.

DONOTEATATMCDONALD’S INYORBALINDA(or anywhere else)!!! On March 7th my husband and I ordered 2 cheeseburgers from McDonalds — 22332 Old Canal Rd in Yorba Linda near Fwy 91& S. Weir Canyon Rd. We don’t normally eat McDonalds but they happened to be the only drive through open in the area just after 3am. After taking my second bite I was stabbed in the tongue by a sharp metal object that was inside the«meat»! We hadn’t even left the parking lot so I went inside, filled out an incident report and gave the manager the burger and evidence. I didn’t go to the hospital since It was 3:45am and my sister was asleep in my back seat. I asked several nurses the next day(family and friends) and they said most likely all I would need to do is get a tetanus shot. Luckily, I was already up to date on that and I decided to just keep an eye on it and make sure it didn’t get swollen, infected or continue to cause me pain. It’s been 2 months and I finally heard back from McDonald’s insurance company regarding their investigation. Since there were no monetary damages to file a claim they have offered me a very small settlement(less than it would cost me to take them to court). They are admitting fault but they are not doing ANYTHING at all to find out where the object came from and what can be done to prevent it from happening again. The insurance agent I talked to doesn’t even know where the meat is processed before its sent to the Yorba Linda store but insists that it must have come from there and not the McDonald’s store itself. I did not agree to the settlement because I need to find out what else can be done about this and what would be the best thing to do. They may not care about the safely of the public but I do! They can not get away with this! What if someone had bought that burger for a child or grandparent?! It could have caused serious problems if it was swallowed! Just because I was not hospitalized or seriously injured does not mean that they shouldn’t be held responsible for serving dangerous«food» to their customers! I’m not the first person to find foreign objects in McDonald’s food but I would like to find out what else an be done to make sure this does not happen again.
