Sprint Store By The Customer Center

I walk in was greeted and got my first answer within 30 seconds of walking in the door. Was told to hold on for the next person to help me. He finished with his customer before the 3 others that had customers.
he took my phone, my info and asked me to hangout or come back in an hour. I’ve got parts and repair on my plan. I came back in 45 min and the phone was ready. Miguel had fixed my phone and schooled me a little on how to better optimize my battery use.
I was there for about 20 minutes total. I’ll always recommend this place. Its Next to PIZZA BEAT.
Don’t confuse this store with the corporate one next to Kohls.

Don’t ever go to this store. Manager is unprofessional. It seems as though even the sales associates are unhappy with him. Its an affiliated sprint store, which means it does not have to entirely abide by all the sprint corporate rules and regulations. I recommend that you go to a sprint corporate store, which there is one located just down the street at 2350 central avenue. I had a terrible experience with a new phone and this store was unable to do ANYTHING!!! I was given a phone with a damage on it and when I tried to return the phone, they absolutely did not accept it for return nor did they want to repair it. Had I purchased the phone with a sprint corporate store, my situation would have been dealt with in a more logical and efficient manner. Also, 2350 now accepts phones for repairs. You no longer have to take your phone to this location for repairs. While this store is usually empty, you don’t have to wait for service very long, and corporate stores are pretty busy, its for a reason.
