IHOP

It a good ihop lots of parking, customer service is okay not great but its ihop what do you expect. food came out fast and it was good except the pancakes, the pancakes were bad

They deserve NO stars… There was a foreign substance on my glass of water and lemon wedge. Manager did not apologize just said he didn’t know what it was. Server was confused when placing my order. Tables dirty all over the restaurant. This place needs to be shut down!

Probably one of the worst locations by far — got here at 4pm for breakfast it’s not busy at all and it’s now 4:47 we just got our coffee the food came WRONG ORDER and the hostess looks at us like we’re wrong. Definitely not good customer service at all. It will be worth the extra travel to hartsdale next time around. Still waiting …

Whenever I go to this ihop I always receive the best service and the food comes out very quickly and delicious!

I love coming to IHOP. I love their red velvet pancakes and I’m a big fan of red velvet cake. I’ve also had their chocolate chocolate chip pancakes and they are out of this world! The mozzarella sticks are good as well.

Worst ihop I have ever been to Saturday afternoon not even crowded table had no syrup service was very slow order came wrong twice and busboy brought syrup in a foam coffee cup. Avoid please go to the one in Hartsdale much better service

I’m one of those people who could eat breakfast any time of the day so when I walked into Ihop around 4 pm on a Saturday, I figured the «rush» would be over by then… nope. We were told there would be a 10 – 15 minute wait so not too bad. There was a host guy that was doing the seating. When our turn finally came about 20 minutes later, he rushed to the front, grabbed the menus & told us to follow him… and then he rushed off! Took off so quickly it was hard to keep up with him. (Slow down a tad dude so people can actually find where you’re seating them). They put us at a table in I guess what would be considered the last section. There were several empty tables in that section so we were trying to figure out why the wait. It took a little while for the waitress to stop by to tell us she would be with us shortly. I guess within another 5 minutes she came back & took our order for drinks & food. Another waitress delivered cups for coffee (styrofoam cups because it appeared they ran out of real cups) ??? That’s a new one! How does an Ihop run out of cups? Whatever… I just found that odd for some reason. The coffee was just okay for an Ihop. Their coffee is usually pretty slammin’ good. The food was very good though I must say — (NOT worth the $ 32 + that we paid for 1 coffee, 1 OJ & 2 breakfasts. No, NOT that good)!!
Had the ham & cheese omelette & my boyfriend had one of the big breakfasts with the works. We split his pancakes & they were delicious as well. The waitress was very nice but service wasn’t anything to write home about. She didn’t really check on us until the end when we were looking for the bill. Then it took a while for her to return to take our credit card. I was thinking maybe they were understaffed but at one point I heard a ruckus & turned to see a whole slew of wait staff coming from the kitchen. Also, I noticed some of the staff sitting, laughing & playing on their phones at a table behind us. As we were exiting, I saw some of the other sections that were much fuller than our section so I’m surprised there was time for doing anything other than working! No wonder there’s a wait time…
Although I do like my Ihop fix every so often, probably won’t be getting it from this location in the future!

Wow. My children begged and I obliged… huge mistake. Walked in on a Saturday night around 630. It was fairly empty yet we waited to be seated for 10 minutes as 3 employees hung out in the corner and joked about something on their phone. Listen, I’m not going to get into a long drawn out review… this establishment is filthy. The server used a towel COVERED in stains as were his clothes. His beard was not netted and his hair was just everywhere. There was a dirty plate tucked in the corner of our bench with a half eaten hamburger! The creamers were vile. Please avoid. I’ve already contacted the local board of health and urge others to do the same. This place is vile, unsanitary and unsafe. We paid for the food but didn’t eat a thing. AVOID.

They suck I always try and give them a chance and they always fail me like the New York Knicks. Service is bad, tables are dirty, cups are dirty, service sucks, sucks, sucks!!!

I would like to post a quick update about my recent visit to this IHOP, yes I know folks I said I’d never go back to this IHOP but I figured they must have gotten things right in two years. I’m delighted to say that this time I was pleasantly surprised. The service was quick and the food tasted great and everything was HOT this time. Nice job, the difference was night and day this time. I’ll be back.

I’ve been here a few times and my experiences so far had been ok. The waffles are good, and the coffee is really good also. On the weekends is a little too crowded… other than that it’s still a good place to bring the wife and kids without braking the bank

Where do I begin my bacon was half cocked, my eggs look like rocks and very cold and my waffle was raw and they had no hash browns so they gave me French fries then when I told the manager he said ok he’ll take care of it they took my dish gave me another one this time my bacon was totally raw and eggs still cold and hard as a rock and they didn’t even give me me waffles back so I walked out, just be aware if you go there I had 2 small bite of it and my stomach was sick for a whole day trust me don’t go

This place sucked ! The hostess looks confused she made us wait 10 mins and when we went back there where only about 6 – 7 people seated. Staff was joking around with each other instEad of working. I asked for the kids coloring pads they didn’t have any. The bacon I insisted crispy and it came out the total opposite. When I complained she took my pieces of bacon on a piece of napkin and put the same bacon on the grill again instead of giving me new bacon. I would never come back here. Sad to say but the IHOP on the Bronx is wayyyyyy better. They location is wonderful but they honestly need to do a episode of undercover boss on these guys lol

I really wish I could give this IHOP minus 5 stars. The service is horrible. The food was horrible. The dinnerware was filthy. I’ve given this IHOP quite a few opportunities to redeem themselves and each time sucked more than the last. There is nothing good about this place. Never coming back.

My partner and I came here after our date night at the book store which was exactly what I wanted and needed some good olé IHOP.
Walked in from a great day of reading and it was a little dull, not saying I wanted the cast from a musical to come out and greet us, but it would’ve been nice to have someone acknowledge us standing there to be seated.
Once seated, we were taken care of. Our waitress was awesome, she got our orders right, especially mine. I’m not the ‘Sally’ type of ordering food, but I do like my hot chocolate a particular way along with my omelette. :)
The night went well, got a military discount (must show military ID) and was full leaving.

Worst customer service when you arrive and wait for ever for your order !
Need a better management

Horrible service and food quality. Came about 8:30 tonight (Sunday night), they close at 10. This should not explain the lax service and food. I ordered country fried steak dinner, was told no country fried steak. Ordered sirloin tip dinner instead; when the food arrived I was then told they had no Texas toast but they are willing to give me regular toast instead. Wish I knew this before I ordered, but I shrugged it off. My husband’s sandwich arrived with the egg inside oily, flat as a crêpe, and beige; looking like it was slathered all over the floor; didn’t look like egg! Hash browns were so hard and crusted you couldn’t even cut through it. Brought everything to the attention of the manager, who gave us nothing but attitude. Finally the owner comped us my husband’s meal after much haggling. It wasn’t the point of the money, just the lax food and service, and they didn’t deserve the money for it.
I’ve been here a few times before and it was never this bad. I will never return.

40 mins to close and server explains to me «We ran out of coffee??? Really? Hostess who brought me to table on her phone walking me to the table. I guess the 2 stars should have told me.

I do not know why I bother. This place is absolutely disgusting. Yes my 5 year old loves the options of toppings and flavored syrups but I just cannot ingest raw eggs, sorry.

My siblings LOVE IHOP. I’m not a big fan but had to go because of them. I had a great experience at this IHOP though. Our waiter was extremely upbeat, nice, and attentive. He recommended items on the menu, explained anything we were confused about, and was patient with my indecisive sibings. Food came out almost immediatey, no wait time. I love pancakes, so I ordered the strawberry and vanilla pancakes special that they had at the time. I enjoyed it a lot. I’m not a big fan of their bacon and eggs — bacon was burnt and eggs were just eww.
Four stars for the great pancakes and lovely service.
