Excellent, professional service couldn’t be better. The work crew did a great job sanding and refinishing floors with minimum disruption. Linda in the office was friendly and helpful in coordinating the work schedule and always available to answer questions.
Pete made several follow up visits and would not accept that the job was finished until I said I was completely satisfied.

Mr Connolly and his crew did an outstanding job! The floors in my new apartment were a mess, but they were transformed into brand new floors. They were professional and courteous and explained the entire process; they even did extra work with saddles and the like. They helped me pick the stain and when they were done everything looked gorgeous. I can not say enough about this company… I highly recommend them.

We experienced major water damage to our hardwood floors. Pete and his team quickly provided us with a quote and were able to complete the repairs in one day. Not only do our floors look brand new, but they also put back the furniture they had to move and did an incredible job cleaning up. I couldn’t be happier with the result and recommend them to anyone who needs a professional job done at a very fair price.

I’m a renter and my bedroom’s floorboards were experiencing some serious issues. After twice using another flooring company to fix these serious issues to no avail, my building finally contracted Connolly Floor Service instead. Not only was the serious floorboard issue fixed, but the result was «like new» flooring in my bedroom. Further, the laboring contractors were METICULOUS in their efforts. They made sure that my personal items in the bedroom were as covered as possible so that nothing would get ruined, and they even helped me move the large pieces of furniture both out of and back into the bedroom when they started and ended. I highly recommend Connolly Floor Service!!!

I can’t say enough about my incredible experience with the Connollys. To say I was nervous about installing new floors is an understatement. But from day one, Mark and Pete made me feel totally comfortable about the decision. They both spent a lot of time with me explaining the process, going over choices, and answering my endless questions.
The team that did the installing were professional and fast. without sacrificing quality. I had to have the floors installed while I lived in my apartment. not an easy task. But the team was able to work around me and protect all my belongings. Nothing was out of place when they were done.
Both Mark and Pete have come by to inspect the final product and to make sure I was happy.
I am thrilled with the end results. My only regret is that they only do floors because I would love to work with them on other home projects!
