These guys are nice to deal with, and give personal service. Most importantly, they stand behind their installations. The owners are directly involved in the sale. I bought carpeting from them years ago when they were in another location. More recently I bought more carpet and a strip plank vinyl floor that was installed in an unheated sunroom, exposed to sun and cold… The vinyl ends became raised after less than a year. All I had to do is tell them about it. Port Chester Rug dealt with the manufacturer to get it replaced under warranty and provided the replacement labor. All the conversations were pleasant. Port Chester Rug definitely cares about customer satisfaction and I will do business with them again.
