Our team has worked with numerous professional and Olympic athletes, but we offer the same level of service and treatment to all of our clients in Shrewsbury, Worcester, Clinton, and surrounding areas.

Greendale Physical Therapy also provides state-​of-​the-​art rehabilitation and exercise equipment, including Cybex machines, Nautilus machines, treadmills, recumbent bicycles, weight assist machines, variable range-​of-​motion machines, an aerobics studio, and free weights.

At Greendale Physical Therapy, we accept most insurance and offer affordable self-​pay options.

Meet the Business Owner

Jon D.

Business Owner

Jon is the founder of Greendale Physical Therapy, LLC. Since opening in 2002, the practice has grown to include multiple locations and expanded services. Jon’s professional experience has given him the exceptional opportunity to work with a broad range of clients.

Jon received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Studies and his Master’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University. He is an active member of the Private Practice Section of the American Physical Therapy Association and has been a contributor to its monthly magazine. Jon has been involved with Advocacy efforts for various physical therapy issues in Massachusetts, including PT Advocacy Day at the Statehouse. Jon enjoys participating in various cycling pursuits, including cycling up the «longest, steepest paved road on the planet,» as well as Mt. Wachusett on occasion. He is an avid runner and enjoys participating in local road races and sprint triathlons.
