The torpedo roll is the perfect accompaniment for a dynamites. Super cheap.
Definitely a family feel to it and has been in the city for generations. The service is pretty good and quick unless you come in during the holidays.
I used to work there in high school. It wasn’t the greatest job I’ve ever had and the building definitely needed to be updated. Its beyond hot in the summer, and you could freeze in the winter. I needed to wear gloves under by latex gloves in order to have any feeling.
I haven’t been there in a couple years, but I’ll never forget how much I love the bread here.
