History

Established in 2001.

Kurt and Sheila began in real estate in 2001 after selling their Inc 500 company to a publicly traded company.

2001 — 2008 Kurt and Sheila bought, built, rented and sold 130+ homes for their own investment. While full time real estate investors, they were licensed real estate agents since 2001.

2009 Kurt and Sheila transitioned into becoming traditional agents; helping 50+ buyers buy homes.

2010 Kurt and Sheila assisted 50+ buyers buy homes.

2011 Kurt and Sheila joined Keller Williams and shifted their business to be more balanced between buyers and sellers, assisting 50+ clients.

2012 Kurt and Sheila are on track to complete 60+ transactions.
