Protect All Pest Control

I’ve used Protect All since I moved to Acworth a year ago and discovered how many wasps and spiders and ants I share my property with and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They’re prompt and thorough and friendly and they truly go above and beyond to make sure you and your home are protected from all things that crawl and fly. Could not recommend them more.

I have used the company for almost an year now and it has been great! I had some milipedes that showed up in our house a couple of times and ants too and Kevin was literally one email away, even over the weekend.
He was able to come over the same day or the very next day and even came over the weekend whenever we had an issue.
I love how easy it is to reach out to the guys and how responsive they are. I have referred them to a couple of my friends as well.
I would highly recommend them!

The service we received from Ryan was simply amazing. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and forthcoming with information. Our house was being overrun with spiders, ants, and wasps. I absolutely recommend this company! They were fast, courteous, detail oriented and very informative. He took the time to explain to me what was happening and why. Then showed me where it was and how he would fix it. There were no hidden prices. Everything was completely upfront. I would highly recommend this company to anybody!

ProtectAll Pest Control came out today after we signed up for their termite program. They did a great job. They came on time. Extremely professional and very friendly. Ryan went over everything they were doing and why. Answer any questions and never at any time seemed rushed.
What a nice change for a company that seems to really care. They even answered questions about other concerns regarding chemicals and pets.

Ryan is so professional and extremely kind! My mom has MS and was always home when he came to treat our house. He would always go the extra mile and help her out with anything she needed before he left. Just an all around great service and most importantly they got rid of the bugs! Very good service and pricing.

I wanted to come back and update my review because I am so happy with this company, I feel like they deserve the best possible review. Six months ago I had them come treat my house for bugs, and I was super impressed with the customer service, and the results (no more bugs!).
I have since had 2 quarterly visits since my first review, and each visit has far exceeded my expectations. I have directly recommended 2 close neighbors to use this service, one neighbor had ticks in her house and Protect All took care of the issue, they had to do a couple of treatments but it took care of her infestation. My other neighbor had cockroaches, and Protect all was able to locate the source and wipe them out. I love that they will ensure the issue is resolved and return if necessary.
During my last visit I expressed some concern for this massive hornets nest in my next door neighbor’s yard, they immediately checked it out and very soon after they got permission from the homeowner to remove the nest since it was a danger to our cul-​de-​sac, where many children play. Before they removed it, they went door to door and gave a notice to the surrounding houses that it was going to happen so that we would be safe and indoors in case the hornets were aggressive– I mean how awesome of them to care that much.
When they schedule an appointment they advise you of a one-​hour period they will arrive, and have always been punctual. Before I selected them, I shopped around and their services are priced far below the normal price and they set you up on a quarterly visit schedule, which keeps it simple for me since I don’t have to worry about setting something up with them every few months. They actually email me and remind me of the appointment a few days before hand, and work with me if I need to reschedule for any reason. I also really like that I can pay online after the service.
I have a baby who is learning to crawl, which means exploring all areas of our house, I am so glad he will be protected from bugs and that the poison they use is safe for him to be around. I know this is a long review, but I really want to recommend a «bug guy» to anyone that needs one.

Found Protect All on Unilocal and everyone was right; they provide great service at a reasonable price. They respond right away anytime I need to contact them and are very professional. It’s nice to see a company that works hard for their customers!
