I really hate that I did business with them. I’ll never refer anyone tothem again. They need to be shut down. Need more experienced customer service representative in there and some well trained supervisors. They want to contact me back of a review I posted but don’t want to call me back for the situation that I been calling about I’m not taking shit down I have my own personal opinion on how I feel. Help this situation get resolved then I’ll remove it other then that I’ll continue to post how I feel to get you all attention.

This is a card swiping company. I want you to beware because once you sign up with them even though you cancel in June of 2015, they didn’t cancel me till December 17th 2015 and continue to charge me $ 55.85 even though I have returned all their merchandise and their form. The agents there will screw you out of your money and there’s nothing you can do and no way to protect yourself. Do not use this service. I’m warning you

The Merchant Solutions offered an amazing deal, but wasn’t able to follow through. All I needed was a merchant to help me take payments on my website. They offered such a low rate that I chose to sign up and save money. Once signed up (for a 30-​day trial), I learned that I would be charged extra to use their services on my website, as they went through another third party source (
) to get the service done. WHY WOULD I HAVE COME TO THIS COMPANY IF I KNEW THEY WOULD JUST USE ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE WORK ANYWAY?!?
I asked to cancel my account, and I have email correspondence claiming my account was closed. Then I began receiving large charges (larger than was my original deal). When I contacted the company, they informed me that they had locked me into a 3-​year contract, and I would have to pay $ 495 to cancel. I have not been rendered any services from this company, yet they feel it is perfectly okay to take my money despite the fact that they are unable to render services to me…
I have a legal team working on a suit to get my money back, as well as damages for mental stress and anguish. More importantly, I hope this company is wrought with so much litigation that they have to declare bankruptcy and never bait and switch anyone else again.
Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

This company was so great for 3 years and their rates are still some of the best around… BUT…be very careful in regard to setting up EMV ready machines. Unless you go on a contract and get a machine from them… they will NOT voluntarily give you ANY information to do the research to get your own machine cheaper and so one does not have to have a 3 year contract. As far as I am concerned this is a lie by omission and they told me they had informed me of some info on one of my statements. I went back to that statement and NOTHING. Another Lie. Also Please… READ… READ…READ… the paperwork on getting a machine from them. It will cost you a LARGE fortune almost the size of the National Debt to cancel the contract and return the machine. Everything is in their favor and none in yours.
I do have to say that their customer service staff are very nice, and fast. BUT be careful. Do not sign anything until you READ the fine print. I was lucky in that I declined the contract when I first started and was on a month to month.

We received a flyer for a Free Machine and rates AS LOW AS .22%. All BS! Nothing is free. They will raise your rates in a few months and charge you over $ 1000 to cancel. Find out what the cancellation fee is before you find yourself kicking yourself. Horrible company to deal with!!!

When I first signed up with the Merchant Solutions I specifically asked would there be any cancellation fee of any type for terminating my service. I was promised that no as long as I turned in my terminal there would be no charges. That was a lie. I’m finding more and more people are in the same situation as I am with this company. I am talking to a lawyer about filing a class action lawsuit against this company. We easily have the numbers behind us. Don’t fall for their scam their rates are completely different from their ads. It’s way too high. Also, they charge you $ 799 dollars as re-​stocking fee of their merchant terminal even though you returned the merchant terminal in 10 days. Yes, a re-​stocking fee of $ 799 + deactivation fee of $ 550. It’s not on the contract. It is stated in small letters in Free Terminal Placement Agreement.

Negative star because they really deserve it, the worst company I dealt with, and the managers or supervisors are even worst, they don’t know what they are talking about ignorant people, I don’t care if they send us to collections because I have the right go take it off, we never received any supplies but we were charged for the past three months for not having the supplies.
The sales person who sold us the deal was a lier and didn’t say the truth about the fees so we decided to cancel before they ship any equipments, even though they started charging us with out notifying us.
When we found out we called the manager her name is Edna but I wish that I never spoke to her, and we already filled a claim to BBB, and we will take them to court.

This company is the most dishonest company that I have ever dealt with. We signed a contract to pay a certain amount and then they charged us a different amount and when I confronted them about it they said no we signed paperwork for the higher amount. So I sent them a copy of our paperwork proving that we signed for the lower amount and they actually mailed me a forged copy of the paperwork and just changed the amount of what we were supposed to pay. It was very poorly done also as all the numbers looked the same except that one. I also had to babysit our bill every month as new charges just kept showing up that weren’t supposed to be on there. And trying to talk to a supervisor is a joke they will never call you back. I would definitely stay away from this company.

They are under review! They charge hidden fees and treat you like crap on the phone when you call. I couldn’t even use their card reader and they tried to charge me 500+ dollars to cancel their service! Its crazy! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

They will change your contract, bill you for things you didn’t authorize, and refuse to refund you when you «opt out.» They are scammers pure and simple!
