Last year I did my research to set up an LLC and chose MyCorporation to help me. Not once have I doubted my decision. I have had nothing but positive experiences. MyCorporation is an excellent document filing company. They helped me understand the process of incorporating my business every step of the way and helped me file my Trademark. The sales people and customer service representatives were extremely helpful over the phone and continually emailed me updated regarding the status of my filings. They were great, and I highly recommend them!

I had absolutely the worst customer service nightmare I have ever encountered doing business with this company.
I initially used them which went somewhat smoothly. During that process I had to provide banking information to pay them. But after that they kept charging my bank account for work they did not do the next year.
When I contacted them it took over a month for them to research it even though I had the documents showing I had paid for these fees myself and hey had not paid for anything but we’re charging my bank account.
They admitted it was an error and kept saying they would send me a refund but I never did receive it even after repeated calls to check on the status.
I suggest watching your accounts carefully if you have provided them any banking information.
