The food is great if you like sandwiches and are too lazy to make them. Some staff members are very nice but others are very stingy with the vegetables like really?! I’m not asking for extra meat. Food gets a 4 star customer service gets a 1. Over all it’s a 2

The employee at this location are always super nice and friendly. By far, this is one of my favorite subway. Parking is small in the front but there is more read parking but other than that. This subway has some of the best ARTISTS.

Worst subway location. They don’t carry all the sauces that the other subways have. They give a single napkin and the sand which fell apart all over the table.

This location is hit or miss. Last two times I’ve gone it’s been a miss. Really cheap on the sandwich add ons. I usually walk out with a stuffed sandwich but these last two times they’ve really skimped on the veggies leaving my sandwich feeling kinda dull. Will probably stick you my Northridge location on Corbin and Nordhoff.

This Subway location is great. I went in around 12:30, at the busiest time ever and I was still in and out in 5 minutes! Store was clean and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely return to this location when I’m in the area.

Just another Subway. Nothing really special. Needed some more Sandwiches to take to the Concerts in The park. Location is small and not a lot of parking, was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Location was very clean and the employees where very Pleasant.

I’ve come here a couple of times. Once again, close to work so it’s convenient. Never had a bad experience. Subway is subway. I agree as other Unilocalers have described it… It’s a chain and it is also hit and miss. Luckily the past couple of subways I’ve been to have had fresh bread and the sandwich isn’t so bad. I’m not too fond of subway, should have mentioned that. I’m more of a jersey mikes girl. Anyways, I usually get the Italian bmt. I felt that’s the sandwich that’s most consistent and I’m usually happy with. Used to get roast beef but it’s not as good anymore. Idk why it just doesn’t taste well. But overall, staff has always been nice to me. It can get crowded at lunch and I don’t like the parking lot but oh well.

They are really big on the upsell at this location. Double Meat? Avocado? Upgraded drink? No! Stop harassing me. It’s annoying. And they didn’t even ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted.

This branch of Subway is hit and miss. Some days you can get your order correct and other days, they will go out of their way to mess it up. It all depends on the staff that is working on that particular day. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not so good. They used to nail me when they ask if I want the sub toasted. They neglect to tell you that toasting costs extra. That is bad practice and misleading to the consumer.

It would be a decent Subway if it wasn’t for the rude attitude of the employees. They seem to detest customers.

Eh, I’m like everyone and have been to lots of Subways. But this one is by far the WORST I’ve ever been to. Man oh man do the guys working here have attitude! I ordered 2 sandwiches ~ one for each kid. Apparently this was some sort of mensa test as far as they were concerned. I had to go one baby step at a time and whatever that guy was on, I wanted no part of it. It took 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Really. I clocked it on my phone. 10 minutes. And in the end, one of the guys forgot to put a cookie in my kid’s kid meal even though I asked him to and he repeated it back. So while my kid was eating and asked where his cookie was, I went up to the counter to ask. «Well you got CHIPS instead of a cookie lady.» Seriously? The chips were part of my other kid’s meal because she ordered a combo. Combo means 3 items: sandwich, drink, chips. So because she got chips, my first kid can’t have the cookie that’s part of his meal? Really? I thought the customers got to decide what they wanted? Then he went to talk to the other guy who said it was my fault they didn’t put a cookie in there(really?) whereby he proceeded to tell me I had to pay 60 cents for one. While telling me this, he pulled one out of the cabinet WITHHISBAREHANDS. Thanks but no thanks !!! Adiós Subway. I hope you guys go out of business at this location because you sure deserve to.

It’s a Subway… unless you live under a rock, you know exactly what to expect… this place isn’t any different.

I dunno, Subway is what it is. Sometimes it turns out ok, sometimes not. I ordered veggie sandwich. The first thing I said was that I wanted lettuce and tomato. Apparently that was too hard for them to grasp… they did the lettuce but skipped the tomato. I guess my eyes aren’t that sharp, cuz I missed it. Their veggie sandwich is never the same without all the ingredients. This location is crazy anyway though. It’s insanely busy every lunch hour, with nearby officepeople coming in. The parking is bad and you have to fight to get a space… some people even park right in front of the restaurants, like they do in France. Oh well, there’s always next time.

Well, it’s a chain. The regular stuff is to be expected with chains is present here except for the«I wanna kill myself because I work this job» attitude. It was lunch time on a weekday when I came in. There was a moderate line but I saw how quickly everything was going and decided to wait. My sandwich was made correctly but they almost rushed me a little and it’s just because it’s lunch time. I don’t think they’re like that if it isn’t busy but I appreciate that my food was right, got charged the right amount and it was fast. Not bad for a chain that’s VERY hit or miss.

I have been a very good Subway Customer for around 5 – 6 years and i’m talking 2 – 3 times minimum weekly, unfortunately i have never seen a more disgusting and rude subway then this! The guy making my sandwich was using the same gloves as the last customer and when i asked him to change i got the attitude, then all the vegetables are mixed into each other and when he put vegetables on that i didn’t want and i asked him to remove it then again i got the attitude! i complained and never even got a apology… If you want to eat healthy and i’m almost sure thats why we go to subway then do yourself a big favor and go to another subway! THISSUBWAYISDISGUSTING, RUDE&AWFULSERVICE!!!

Parking is bad during peak lunch hours but the service is good, the workers are nice, they know how to accept coupons(which doesn’t always happen at some Subways) and they always have the unsweetened iced tea I like.

I had lunch from this Subway every Saturday at work for the past several months. I decided to have their Steak and Cheese footlong sandwich. My co-worker bring it back and I open it up. There are more onions and bell pepper than meat. I know the meat and cheese is all portioned, but it looked like they placed a portion for a 6 inch sandwich on a 12 inch roll. When I filled out the customer survey online, it asked for an email address to send a coupon for a free cookie. I wrote, A Cookie? Really? Keep it. It didn’t accept it since it had to be in email address form. So I entered: ACookieReallyKeep it at It took it and sent the code. Don’t think I will be going to that location any more.

Gets really busy and the restaurant isn’t big enough. I’d recommend trying other places that are in the same plaza. I got a Ham sandwich and it was pretty dry. They were pretty stingy when they were making my sandwich. I asked the guy to put extra vinegar, pepper and spicy mustard, he just put the regular amount and closed my sandwich. Coming from someone who has worked at a subway, I would not come back here(unless everything around is closed)

I checked my receipt and everything was fine :). It is a normal subway, very standard one. They are closing at 10pm, and I was there one time at 9:58pm, and they let me in :)
