Smile Mobile Grooming

They were nice. The woman who cut our cats hair was the nicest! The price was wonderful thank you so much! And she said so many wonderful things about our cat. Shes now soft and can walk freely without any matts.

I had a really good experience with Smile. I called a few times cause I was trying to get prices from several groomers. I can’t remember the ladies name but she was helpful each time and patient.
She was great with my dog who is skiddish. Great hair cut and pleasant experience.

Sumi is so nice. So so so accommodating and easy to work with. I brought in my two cats for first time wash, cut, and nails. She told me my son would not be happy with the haircut for the cat and showed me pics first so I knew what I was getting into. Thank goodness because a cat with no hair is dreadful looking. I asked if I could pick up the cats in three hours but she had to be somewhere so she actually dropped them off at my house! I could not believe how customer service oriented she is.
the cats look and smell lovely and clean. Nails look perfect. Sumi is the best.

We started using Smile Mobile Grooming a while ago and have had Sumi coming to our house every other week for at least a year now. She always does a great job grooming our Havanese, Cookie. She’s very responsible and always on time and if she’s ever running late for any reason (which is rare), she texts me to let me know. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Went back to Smile, this time to the new salon on Topanga. Love it. Sumi did a great grooming job on our sweetie, and we’ll definitely be back! The salon is clean, pleasant, and has a non-​cage option for dogs — which was a determining factor for us. Prices are super reasonable too. 5 stars!!!

love this place! i’ve been to two other grooming places here since we’ve moved in february. they have 4 stars on Unilocal.coming from posh pet care in west hollywood, i was «settling» for mediocre grooming for my dog. however, i discovered this place today and I’VE FINALLY FOUND THE PERFECT PLACE!
they have two options, mobile grooming and then a new shop on topanga canyon. you can call them and ask for a quote. i went in to the store. they have catalogs with dog hair styles so it helps with the cut you want for your pup! they have some interesting and super cute and fluffy styles. show dog status!
my dog came back from the other two places we tried shaking, which i thought was normal bc he was probably just nervous since it as a new place. today, i picked him up and he was happy! not whining or anything.
i am definitely going back to this place. sumi (the owner i believe) was very accommodating when i was trying to schedule an appt the same day.
highly recommend this place.

Sumi and her team are the best! If ur looking for someone who understands you as a customer and a pet parent this is the team for you! She’s usually booked but she just opened a salon in Canoga Park, it’s worth the drive to get ur baby groomed by people who actually care!

I had an amazing experience! She was super nice and friendly. Took us at the last minute, was so accommodating to my crazy schedule. They looked great when I pick them up and they we’re so happy. My best grooming experience to date!

The groomer, Lauren, was awesome. She snuggled my 7lb dog right away — and my dog is picky about people. It took about an hour to get the dog’s hair cut and dried and her nails trimmed. And didn’t cost more than taking her into the groomer where she usually has to wait for hours. This service is THE BEST.

Absolutely love! They’re on time or early, friendly, and affordable. I can tell how much they care about my baby girl (Cavalier King Charles born deaf), and how much they love what they do. Because of the heat we like to have our CKC cut short but like the tassels and bell bottoms and they always do exactly what we want and she comes back smelling glorious! I won’t let anyone else groom her, such an awesome experience!

Sumi is awesome! I decided to try mobile pet grooming since I have a very anxious Maltese mix. Sumi was able to accommodate me the same day I called. She took one hour to groom my baby girl! She is an excellent groomer, she pays attention to detail, and always asks for you to explain exactly how you want your pups hair cut, and unlike so many other groomers out there, she actually listens to your directions. Call her, you won’t regret it.

I struck GOLD with Sumi! Her grooming van is impeccably clean and she is a total sweetheart. Her assistant Ruby is a doll! Sumi is extremely accommodating and my shihtzu, Georgie looks perfect! A+++

Had our first mobile groomer experience. Even though I don’t have anything to compares this to, I have to say that it was the best. I have an old, «buff», grumpy beagle that is quite dramatic at bath time, so I had to call in a professional. She was very pleasant, kind, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend her to all my friends!

Been coming to Sumi for a few years now and love her! She’s very friendly and efficient! Her prices are also very reasonable… She is great with my dogs and also fast… I highly recommend her for all your pet grooming needs.

Sumi is the best dog groomer ever! She has been grooming my shih tzu for about the past year and we couldn’t be happier with her. Everyone in the neighborhood comments on my dog and asks who grooms him. Most importantly, I trust that my dog is safe and in good hands with her. Sumi always gives me a little report card on him when she brings him back in the house!

Sumi is the best! Our dogs love her, she’s so sweet and does a great job. We love the fact that our dogs aren’t waiting around for hours in a cage at the regular groomers. (They HATE being dropped off at the regular groomers.) Now we have someone who is so nice and thorough who grooms our dogs in the comfort of our own driveway.

The reviews don’t lie — Sumi is great! My family and I got a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy early last year. Unlike the Cavalier we had before her, we noticed fairly early on that Olive was unusually sensitive. An occasional table scrap would make her sick, and she Unilocaled when being brushed. She was always a bit of a fuss pot. But of course we love her dearly.
A few months ago, shortly after she turned one, we took Olive to our usual groomer. The next day, she got very ill. A few days later, her kidneys were failing. The vets still aren’t completely sure what happened — they think it was something she accidentally found and ate. But our vet also mentioned it’s possible she got overheated at the groomer, or maybe they fed her something there. We hadn’t really considered that you don’t see much of what’s going on once you drop your dog off at a grooming establishment. So even though we aren’t completely sure if the groomer caused Olive’s sickness, we decided to take no chances after that. We took to washing and brushing her ourselves.
After a few months, we realized that Cavaliers need a groomer. Their hair gets a bit long and needs trimming, and their long spaniel ears are prone to big knots. So I found Sumi on Unilocal,and it seemed like a great solution to our worries: a private environment that we could observe, no being locked in a crate, and the added convenience of her coming to us.
She came by today and groomed Olive, and allowed us to check on her occasionally during the process. She did a wonderful job grooming her — she trimmed her, got all of her knots out, and put bows on her ears. She looked and smelled wonderful. And her pricing is really reasonable.
We’re so glad we found Sumi and will definitely be using her for all of our future grooming needs. I highly, highly recommend her!

Sumi is the sweetest lady ever! I’m so glad I found her on Unilocal.She is ridiculously reasonable/​cheap for what she does. She not only comes to your house to wash/​cut your dog for no additional travel fee (within in reason) but her prices are cheaper if not the same price of what it would cost to take your dog tot he groomers. I love the convenience of her coming to my house instead of having my dogs being kept in kennels while they wait for me to pick them up. I have a mini Australian shepherd and a toy size Australian shepherd and they both love her. I completely trust that my dogs are in good hands with her and this is coming from someone who didn’t know Sumi before she went into business. :)

WOW! What an amazing job! I found them out of the blue, and I am definitely NOT disappointed! They arrived just on time and were super friendly. I have two dogs (one of which is a biter) and they knew how to handle both of them with ease. My dogs both came out looking as good as ever.
Not to mention their great prices. It was $ 80 for my German Shepard and $ 60 for my mean biting terrier mix, both full services.
I will definitely be call them again soon!
