John did some work for me last year when I had water damage. Him and his crew were fast and honest. They did work on everything the wall repair, flooring and cleaning up the water. They did a great job and he was a real pleasure to work with.

Carpet Solutions came highly recommended by a local Facebook group, and when I checked Unilocal it had great reviews, so I decided to try them. The crew was amazing. Our carpets hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the microfiber couch never. Every came out wonderful and looking brand new. The crew also cleaned some area rugs for me, including two wool rugs. Those cleaned up well and every thing that was polyester fiber dried fast. However, the wool rugs took longer to dry because it was cool and damp out and they were drying in the garage. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Carpet Solutions.

Recently had a water heater failure, resulting in water damage to the dry wall inside the garage and the water heater pedestal. John came out immediately and coordinated with my plumber to do the restoration as quickly as possible, so that I wouldn’t be without a new water heater for more than a day. The end result was a clean new pedestal and dry wall, newly painted to match the interior of the garage. Beautiful work and great communication with John. I would highly recommend them, based on the quality of the work.

John and team came to my rescue. I had water damage due to my water heater breaking. They showed up same day and restored the damage over several days. John checked the progress every day, even over the weekend. They left my house in better condition than before. Complete professionals, I am having them come back to clean my carpets.

This was my first experience with «Carpet Solutions» but it won’t be my last. They did my Moms home and mine along with some grout work that they made time for the same day. I had a water leak in the wall of my family room. After the plumber found the leak and repaired it, he called in John from Carpet Solutions to provide the restoration services. These services included testing, removing moisture from the floors and walls, and repairing the drywall. John was involved in every step of the process and kept in daily contact with us during the one week period needed to complete the assignment. He was professional, courteous, and always punctual. He was also very careful in handling furniture and left the room in the same condition it was prior to the leak. It is rare to have this level of service and competence, so it is will pleasure that I highly recommend John and his restoration services.

I was extremely impressed with Carpet Solutions. My carpeting is old and they made it look like new! They did an awesome job on my stairs. After calling two other carpet places (one being Chem-​Dry) that did not return my call, I looked on Unilocal and found Carpet Solutions. I got a return call within an hour and was scheduled very quickly for a deep clean. I have two small daughters (ages 2 and 4) so one can imagine just how many stains there were on the cream colored carpet (the color was already chosen by previous owner). THe carpet was so stained I did not have much hope that they could make it look as nice as when we moved in, but they DID!!! My husband and I were AMAZED at the results! The two technicians were super friendly and professional and really took their time to do a good job! They were very thorough! I was so pleased! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and will use them again in the future without a doubt! 5 STARS!!! THE BEST!

At first I was skeptical about using a company I didn’t know much about but after reading the reviews I thought I would try the company out. First good sign was that the company arrived as the discussed. Far too often companies give a time and do not arrive as promised. This company spent time explaining what they were going to do and what extras I could add if I wanted to address the issues with my carpet related to pet stains. The carpet were cleaned and to my satisfaction and surprise! I couldn’t believe the walked in dirt could be cleaned. I received an estimate for tile cleaning with plans of getting my tile cleaned within the next few months. Five thumbs up!!!

I have been using Carpet Solutions for many years. I’m always amazed at how they are able to remove stains that I thought were a hopeless cause!!! Recently I gave them the challenge of our family room that was full of pet stains. I had tried to remove these on my own and they just kept coming back. Well, Carpet Solutions to the rescue!!! The stains are gone and are remaining gone!!! I thought for sure I was going to have to replace the carpeting. They are thorough, personable and determined to do the best they can. Outstanding job by Carpet Solutions. We were getting our house ready to sell and needed our carpet, which has been abused by 4 kids and 3 dogs, cleaned. Saw reviews on Unilocal and call and scheduled cleaning. Appointments were confirmed by phone and email and they showed up right on time. Carpet Solutions did FANTASTIC
