Since the early 90’s, Adjuster Pro Inc has been working tirelessly with commercial and residential property owners evaluating property, construction, and natural disaster damages. We’ve spent our time as project managers, from smaller-​scale residential remodels to upwards of 30 million dollar custom building development. I can not thank these people enough. Efrain Sharon and his daughter, Nufar, are what I refer to as magicians. We had a fire loss and tried to work directly with the insurance company. After days of frustrating research, only to find the path to nowhere, I was referred to Efrain and Nufar, to take over and deal with the insurance company. Just as they told us, as soon as their name, ADJUSTER PRO INC, was assigned our case as our personal representative, the insurance carriers adjuster was removed from our case and a senior adjuster who handles major cases, was assigned. As experts, Efrain and Nufar knew all the magic words and formats, unlike ourselves. Nufar worked with us throughout the process. Not only was she a pleasure to work with, but our SETTLEMENT WAS BEYOND OUR IMAGINATIONS.
Just like anything else, an EXPERT who knows how to deal with something, is FAR MORE EFFECTIVE than a lay person in that area. Hopefully, I will not have another disaster; however, if we do, WE WILL CALL ADJUSTER PRO INC IMMEDIATELY, I would say they can settle for a minimum of 3 to 4 times what most people can do on their own WITHOUT PRESSURE, FRUSTRATION AND AGGRAVATION. It was so nice having Adjuster Pro on our side during the filing of our insurance claim! In the past I have always felt at the mercy of whatever my insurance company decided to do. Just last summer, before I knew about Adjuster Pro, I filed a claim to repair water damage from a leaky shower pan, and we ended up paying over $ 2000 out of pocket because we could not find a contractor who would complete the work for what the insurance paid us. Most recently, a pipe broke inside our wall and with Adjuster Pro working for us we finally got a fair settlement to return our home to perfect condition. I will call them immediately if I ever find myself needing to file another insurance claim in the future! It is so good to know I don’t have to take on my insurance company alone!

Looking back on how its all started I can say for sure: The insurance company would not have paid us if Sharon wouldn’t fight for us!
Its really frustrating!!! I am paying my home insurance every month, on time, never had to use my home insurance before and when the first thing happened I had to hire a public adjuster.
Ok, so here is the story:
7 months ago I came back home to find the entire living room carpet soak with water. It took me a second, but as soon as I entered the kitchen I noticed its coming from the cabinet under the sink.
I called my plumber and he came immediately and replaced the burst pipe. (If he would have a Unilocal account I would have put a 5 stars review for him)
I called the insurance first thing the next day, they were extremely kind and sent their adjuster at the end of that day.
He came, spent about 10 minutes at the kitchen and said they will send me the estimate for the restoration.
Their damage assessment was around $ 2000 and at first, I thought it was reasonable.
And here is the cherry: I brought 3 restoration companies that told me they will not restore the house in less than $ 20,000!!! YES!!!
They all advised me to hire an adjuster because apparently, Im not the only one the insurance pays for a «Carpet Cleaning» instead of a carpet replacement. In my case– we have a wood floor under the carpet and not concrete therefor I had to replace the soak wood as well.
Anyhow, I called Sharon, I don’t know what he did but the insurance company paid the full amount of the restoration within 30 days.
RECOMMENDED to friends, family and everyone!!! A+++++++

Outstanding service. These people really know their stuff. I had been taken advantage of by my insurance company a couple of times in the past so when a pipe burst in my kitchen. Originally the insurance company offered $ 10,000.00 to settle the claim, not enough to even repair much of the damage. Adjuster Pros Inc took over and negotiated for more than $ 44,000.00 and got housing for myself and my family. Truly a wonderful business to work with.
