Seal-​It is a family and veteran owned company started by brothers, Don and Joel McDonald. After decades of working in manufacturing and serving in the military, the two brothers decided to take their eye for detail, work ethic, and dedication to quality and service and start a business together. This is how Seal-​It was born.

Meet the Business Owner

Don and Joel M.

Business Owner

Don was in a 30 plus year career in the manufacturing and printing industry. In his many roles during his successful career he managed production, maintenance, environmental affairs, safety, health, quality control, equipment operations as well as various other assignments.

Joel was a logistics engineer for a large defense firm for 10 years after a successful career serving his country in the United States Air Force for over 22 years.
