Love the staff! They are beyond friendly and treat my children wonderfully. As a parent, that wins me over right there. The customer service makes the difference when choosing a chain and these employees have me hooked!

Needed a iced coffee fix and This location was closest. smaller size store than most. Service was fast and friendly. I do not like the parking lot it is in as it can get extremely busy and there dis not a lot of parking.

Every time I come here it seems I get burnt or stale coffee. It probably is good if you go during busy times as the coffee is fresher but don’t they have guidelines to follow regarding old coffee?

Great place to stop and get coffee and breakfast if I miss the location closer to my home! I could go a couple of weeks with stopping by here and they always remember how I have my coffee! Clean, good atmosphere and a good crowd is attracted to this location!

The Best Dunkin Donuts ever. The Staff is awesome. VERY Friendly and every day I come in they know my order. They always put a smile on my face and my order is always perfect.

Fast service but the staff isn’t so friendly. Even though the coffee is fresh, they never make it right. I only stop here because it is on my way to work. I have to be very specific about how I like my coffee, down to how many pumps of flavoring to put in it.

Clean, and fast.(The former occupant, Starbucks made you wait for the benefit of mortgaging your house for a cup of java). Note: This dunkin donuts doesn’t grant seniors a discount on lattes, only regular coffee. Parking is plentiful and easy. Great access back to Jericho Tpke. Coffee is always perfect served with a smile.

[insert generic cops & donuts joke] Ironic that this was a former Starbucks location. Being from Cali, you usually see Starbucks popping up on almost every major street corner from the city to suburbs, and in some busier areas of town they’re on either side of the street. I know, it’s another Dunkin’ Donuts, like any other corporate chain store, but I just happen to live in the corner of America that does not run on Dunkin’. There’s thousands of Starbucks in San Diego, but zero Dunkin’ Donut locations in SoCal. You might find bags of coffee beans in the grocery store around here, but it just isn’t quite the same. But enough about that, let’s talk about this new spot in the Woodbury Common Shopping Center. If you were lucky enough to receive their grand opening flyer, then you could have scored one of many sweet coupons, like a dozen donuts or 50 munchkins for $ 3.99, a breakfast sandwich, a bagel w/cream cheese, or two donuts for $ 0.99. The best offer was a free large hot or iced coffee, with five separate coupons on the flyer. Damn you, Dunkin’ for not being closer to my house. I’m still a fan of the neigborhood shops and sidewalk coffee carts, but having more available choices is good for the consumer. Please open a store in San Diego, or better yet, open a combo Dunkin’ Donuts /Baskin Robbins ice cream shop. We already have BR, so just add the DD. That would be freakin’ awesome.
