It only takes one bad experience. Ordered a combo. They seemed confused. Didn’t give me a coffee. I was confused. Lady says I ordered a sandwich, I tell her I ordered a #14(which I had). She says that comes with iced coffee — it’s below freezing outside. I order a small hot coffee. The four people there made me feel more like I was interrupting a production line instead of treating me like a customer. Part of the problem seems to be the whole DD model. Never again DD. Unhealthy food, unfun to purchase.

By far the worst dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. Always leave extremely disappointed. The only reason I even go here is for convenience on my way to work. Coffee is always made terrible, and always helped by the most rude employees, specifically a short indian woman who is always there. I always say I won’t go back but after today I definitely won’t. Absolutely disgusted.

There are two Dunkins on Old Country Road in Plainview. One is a Dunkin/Baskin Robbins that closes pretty early. This is the 24-Hour, slighty-more-ghetto Dunkin. There is a tradeoff; if you go to the Dunkin that closes just before closing time, they usually give you some free munchkins or an extra doughnut because they would have thrown them out soon anyway, which is always good, though the doughnuts are stale. At the same time, you could come to this franchise, which stays open 24/7, and get a fresh doughnut at the same time. One must only choose if they want quality or quantity. This is the«Quality» doughnut establishment, the one down the street is the«quantity.»

Disgusting place. Dirty and atrocious staff. Some lady was sitting here eating donuts out of a six pack of them. She decided she didnt want one of the flavors.(Her kids already ate two out of the box.) She brings the box up and says she doesn’t want the flavor so the lady behind the register takes it out of the box and puts in back on the shelf to resell. First, the customer is a typical«plainview» patron. Second the workers here are just disgusting. Throw the donut out or tell her too bad. GROSS. Never going back.

Open 24 hours a day. Not my regular DD but just as good, Quick service and lots of tables to hang out. Kind of Starbucksy but with better coffee and pink instead of green and 500 different delicious donuts to choose from rather than some stale whole wheat bread and a salad.

GREATDOUGHNUTS! I find that a lot of Dunkin Donuts have good doughnuts, but this place has GREAT doughnuts! Also they make great coffee and they always have a smile on their face The place gets very crowded on the morning commute but the line seems to always move quite fast. All aspects get a big thumbs up, I will continue to come here and hope that everything at this locations stays the same forever because it really is good.

You wouldn’t think that there were many differences between Dunkin’ Donuts(especially in the same area), but there are. There are about four that I have visited on more than one occasion in the Bethpage and Plainview area and this one is the best. They make my iced coffee and regular coffee to near perfection(most other places don’t put enough milk or too much milk in it). Staff is pretty cool for the most part. One of the guys there though seems to not like me for whatever reason(I tip most of the time. probably 4 out of 5 days I go)…that’s a whole other story though. Oh and there’s a girl there in the morning shift. if you anger her you better watch out.

When I was a kid, this place had a diner counter, and gave free munchkin cards to the kids. They weren’t cheap paper cards either, they were the plastic kind, the ones with a picture that changes as you move it. It had 2 little men, dunking a giant munchkin in powdered sugar. I wish I knew where that card went, as it was adorable. Sadly, they remodeled the place sometime in my tweens and the counter was no more. As I grew, D&D became the staple every morning before school(large coffee, regular) and an egg & cheese on a croissant. We’d go here at night, as it was 24 hours and they let us hang out as long as there were no fights. Hell, back when I was WAY younger, they even let us smoke in there. The place was mayhem every Fri. & Sat. night, and it was awesome if you were a teenager. Once I grew past the age where hanging in a place like that was fun, and I grew old enough to have a job and life, I’d still go here and get my coffee fix. There were people on the staff that’d been there for years, knew us by name, and would fix our coffees for us as soon as we walked in the door so we didn’t have to wait in line. I’ve spent a lot of time and money in this place over the years — if I liked donuts I’d probably weigh about 300 lbs. Since I only like coffee, I’m just jittery. :) I loved it here and this coffee was my first love — a large regular from here will always hold a place in my heart. Now that I’ve moved and discovered the joy of independent roasters(Intelligentsia!) I don’t love the coffee as much(and it’s no longer cheap!), but I still go back, every time I visit my parents, as there’s nothing that beats it in the area. Too bad there’s no one there that knows my name anymore. The lines are quite long these days!

A California boy finds himself lost and confused in Plainview and experiences his first ever encounter with Dunkin Donuts. Iced coffee(vanilla, I think) and some jelly(or jelly proxy) filled donut. Much better than Krispy Kreme, although not enough to get me to live out there Why can’t Dunkin Donuts get some West Coast franchises?

This place introduced me to donuts. And it’s not just donuts, it’s the BESTDONUTS in the world! When I lived in Plainview, I used to stop by Dunkin Donuts every day before I go to school. Damn! Every time I think of their donuts I miss my old life in Bethpage High School… Gotta go back and visit old friends again!!! Anyways, this Dunkin Donuts is part of my teenager memory now~

Where oh where has the Drunk Lady gone? Growing up in Plainview in the 80s, a great treat was coming in here late at night and getting donuts from the drunk lady who worked here. She’d be making donuts in the back and come out front with powder, jelly, custard and icing all over her. She was so miserable. But, we loved her and her grumpiness.
