Great company if you need anything power washed or cleaned. They did an awesome job on our house and the tech was very professional and courteous. They are well priced and worth every penny.

Had these guys come out to remove the stains on our roof and also to powerwash our siding. They did a great job! They were better priced than my regular contractor even with a bit of a price break from him. AND I came out to ask the gentleman (Sergio) whether I could pay him a little extra and he could powerwash our porch furniture for me, and he said, «OK, I do it for free»! THAT is customer service!
Cost to clean our entire roof and treat w/​mildewcide, (single family home) was $ 650.00
Exterior house wash and wax was $ 308.00

I could not recommend this company more! They were amazing. I called on a Monday hoping to get an appointment within a week or so and they confirmed for the very next morning. They were extremely professional and efficient. The gentlemen showed up around 8:30 am and was done in under an hour. The house looks so good you could eat off the siding. All of our neighbors asked who we used because our house looks amazingly clean and spankin new next to theirs.
My only suggestion for improvement is to have the person who comes to the house leave business cards. Honestly, all of our neighbors wanted to know who we used and it would have been much easier to just hand out a card. Otherwise, we will be using them again next year!

Damn My House Looks Good Now!!!
I have been dragging out my small power washer to clean the front of my house for the past ten years. Gladly I plan to never do it myself again!
I always figured it would be too expensive to have a company come out and spray my house. I was wrong in so many ways. Power Wash Plus was well priced, friendly and did an excellent job!
The service tech knocked at my door (on-​time) and asked me to walk the property to assess the house and point out any trouble areas I needed addressed. After we walked the property he suited up and started to work. When he was done he wrung the doorbell and again asked for me to walk the property and verify everything looked complete. I was amazed how well it looked!
My house looks like brand new! Anybody want to buy my power washer?
